100%. And just in case he left any doubt after he did it the first time. He came out of retirement and fricking did it all over again. At the same resource strapped school, in the same shithole town without any great recruiting grounds nearby. And he won another title in his second go round.
And hes still kicking at 86, who knows, we may see a Round 3.

I dont hate Tech at all. In fact I much prefer working with Tech grads over Horns. Nicer people, better work ethic, less ego. Good, down to earth, hard working folks out in West TX.

Lol, haven't gotten locked out in boxers before, but I did have to go to the front desk of a very nice hotel in Atlanta in just basketball shorts and Oxford dress shoes when I got locked out of my room once.

The Tech Leach years were my student days at A&M. Went to a couple games in Lubbock to watch Leach beat A&M silly. Tons of hostility from Tech fans towards me/A&M.
It just never made sense to me why that would be. Like I said, I'm not a native Texan, so maybe there's history between the two that I'm not aware of, but A&M and Tech just dont seem like natural rivals to me.

Asking as a non-Texan Aggie, why does Tech hate A&M so much? It has never made much sense to me.
I always figured the horns would be enemy #1, with TCU or maybe even Baylor as the other rival, geographically speaking. I think the only old SWC teams further from Lubbock than A&M are UH and Rice. Never understood why Tech latched on to hating A&M first and foremost.

Nah, LSU will be fine. As long as there's children's hospitals to steal crootin money from, LSU will be able to stay relevant.
Now, if we ever started requiring student athletes to actually go to, and pass, their classes..... LSU would crumble within a season.

I hope so. But the first half of the season has never been A&M's problem. I'm waiting to see how the last 4 games go. In the meantime, I'll just enjoy the Ws when they come.
Now I just need UK to get a coach who can get them competitive again. Stoops's teams have just gotten tough to watch.
