I've had YouTube tv for years. Every time I've ever had issues with buffering, picture, or audio quality, the culprit has always been my streaming hardware device.
Clearing out old apps and clearing caches to free up space and doing a hard restart of the device has always been the answer.

Proper circumstances being a renewed focus on quality academics and student enrichment.
I feel A&M has lost its way in recent years with a laser focus on athletics over academics. If I could be guaranteed that A&M would resume its previously held goals of being a nationally premier public university, I would be willing to talk about shuttering the athletic programs to make that happen.
