What’s the worst possible outcome as of right now?

Texas Tech vs. Ole Miss?

Alabama vs. Georgia rubber match?

Would we ever really get the true numbers or whatever ESPN wants to feed us? I am skeptical of the NFL numbers at times

I think the worst ratings in the last 20 years was Alabama's 21-0 demolition of LSU. The second half of Georgia-TCU couldn't have had many people watching.

Taco Tech vs Georgia may not be a ratings bonanza. It could also turn into a blowout.

ESPN is probably hoping it's Indiana and somebody. Indiana would be a cinderella story, even though they are obviously really good.

Bama/UGA Part 3 would be the highest rated game of all possibilities

Alabama vs Georgia would probably be the worst.

Non-SEC country would basically boycott it, plus it would be the third time of that matchup not only this season but also in the national championship game within 8 years.

Wrong. ESPN would kill for Bama to make it. It is well known the Tide bring in the most viewers on average to CFB. You have all the Fans that love the Tide and then the whole rest of the country that would tune in to see if we lose.

Worst ratings would be any game involving Texas Tech. Not taking a shot at them but they don’t have the fan base as other schools even in their own state. Highest would probably be OSU vs Alabama. I’ll be honest here. I don’t think OSU will get there anyways. So it’s not just a homer take. Anyone else matched up with Bama would be pretty big, unless it’s Georgia and people won’t want to see that game three times in a year

Miami - Oregon would be a ratings nightmare for the networks.

Half the country tunes in to watch us win.

The other half tunes in hoping we’ll lose.

Any game where Bama is tied or trails in the second half is guaranteed to be a rating extravaganza.
