Notre Dame and Penn State can still win a NC. I really hope we get a Texas Tech or Indiana title this year. It would be good for the sport.

Its truly the best thing. Example, I bet on TAMU against Mizzou. If Mizzou wins, I'd be so happy I don't even care if I lost money. But when I was down after the loss, I remembered I'm actually getting paid for mizzou to lose, and I'm happier again.

Emotional hedging.

Looking forward to stocking up again on Texans gear when it is 80% off

Give the McNair's more money? Nah.

Texans season is over
Nostalgia and tradition aside, its a good more ucla. Its closer to their campus and will attract more fans. The stadium capacity is also smaller so the optics won't be as jarring when fans dont show up

It's also just 4 miles from LAX. I stayed next to LAX last year and was surprised how quick I got to Inglewood/SoFi.
No way on earth Michigan gets kicked out of the Big Ten
OSU is a bit pedestrian on offense. The defense is terrific, but Illinois might be the best offense the Buckeyes have faced. I'm not ready to crown them.
Rice is 5-5, sir. You should be proud.
I took Rice -2.5
Most points allowed in 57 year history of JC football

My picks:

Iowa State +7.5
Misery +7
Nebraska -1
WVU -6
Sorry but I hate the old Broncos logos with that big D

Enjoy a downvote, sir.
They were truly great in the 70s and 80s
I'm getting Rice season tickets in 2050

New Orleans is a very high bar when it comes to cleanliness

Cleaner than New Orleans?
Smoo almost won the NC in 1982. Finished number 2 behind Penn State.
They lost to Texas A&M by 1 point and all six of their wins are by double digits. I'd have them slightly lower, but 10 is not a major reach.
