You have created chaos who Kirby can't keep players around for 4 years.

frick the crying bowl cut. How bow dat?

But the Big 10 rules the roost. They are gonna win their 3rd natty in a row and the SEC hasnt beat a Big 10 team in the playoffs in 3 years.

Well as much as I’ve enjoyed the Canes this year, I don’t like the prospect of facing elite mobile QB Chambliss. He basically willed his team to beat Georgia. But if Fletcher continues use to run hard and break runs off for four or five yards, he does tend to wear out a defense. I was pleased to see that OSU defense had all kinds of problems tackling him. But Beck is the mystery in all of this. If he gets pressure he can be rattled. I expect the Rebels to bring the house against him.

Better seeding in the tournament, so teams from same conference don’t eliminate each other.

I brought this up in another thread. Take away the welfare picks of JMU and Tulane, you have ten spots. The SEC had half of those. There’s no way to go on with the playoff without SEC on SEC violence. It’s a numbers game. The B1G only had three teams

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the OSU QB was about as mobile as a dead body. That played right into our defensive scheme. Miami ain’t going to have that luxury against Ole Miss

Those guys don't seem to transfer nearly as much as the skill positions, Olinemen and the back 7 on D.

That is interesting. Is the NIL better for those players?

Portal recruiting on the other hand is fun to follow.

This will be much more entertaining than the high school recruiting.

Harbaugh brought some in and they ran him off.

Lmao. Using Harbaugh as a shining example of any positive attributes is definitely a choice. Especially after being found complicit in a tainted championship which only happened because of illegal surveillance tactics from several assistant coaches and a few scouts.
I hate to see the LSU fanbase turn on a homegrown fellow Louisianan like Pete. Shame on y’all

Miami has added key experienced portal players. Beck is as night and day as you will see. I’m a bit surprised by tOSU’s game plan vs UM. Patricia had a loaded defensive line this year but they couldn’t get home with just four because the OL for Miami is very stout, especially after the SMU game. Seems like they had a come to Jesus moment with Cristobal after that loss. OSU fans were claiming that it was like them last year when they lost to Michigan. The results seem to bare that out.

I’m not defending Bama but this Indiana team would have lapped everyone in the SEC this year

We laughed at ND when Alabama beat them 42-14 (28 points) and said ND had no business being there...and i agree with that.

That game was during a time when the SEC was tops in the country. Bama was peak Saban in 2012-2013. There’s been a seismic shift in the sport since 2023. Saban retiring along with the unmitigated portal mess means that the sport will allow for more outliers.

all of these players are making more money per year than 90% of the fans.

You’re kidding, right? A handful of players on each blue blood and new blood are making life altering money. The overwhelming majority of players are still just going to class on a scholarship
Ask Texas Tech how it worked out for them this year

It's as silly of a take as any political noob thinking that Democrats (or Republicans) are done and will never win another election again.

Bingo. Both sides need each other to villainize. There is no way on God’s green earth either political party goes extinct.

Like Wake Forest was chanting “SEC” after beating a team with 1 SEC win in 2 years and they were a 9 win team. Insane behavior.

I agree that the mock chanting was unbecoming. OSU fans were doing that to Tennessee fans last year as well. But it’s not surprising that would happen. It’s literally a part of the advertising on the SEC network

Meanwhile the Big10 has had a massive pedo scandal, the biggest cheating scandal ever, one head coach arrested and their #1 most of the season exposed by the last team into the playoffs..... yeah, sweep off your own porch beotches.

LOL- Kirby Smart was outcoached by a head coach who openly stated he didn’t even want to be a head coach
