This is the best buying opportunity in the last 25 years. I would be throwing everything I had into the market. Everything is at a discount. This trade thing will get resolved sooner rather then later and then the market will moon.

I don't know about most people but it would cost me over $300/month justin gas to RTO. I am sure many are in the same boat. With the economy the way it is asking people to pay even more out of their paycheck without any increase does not sit well. Also It is nice to get an extra 2-3 hour of my day back not sitting in a commute/going to lunch somewhere.

Cape Canaveral makes by far the most sense. Its affordable and KSC desperately needs some new blood in it. It’s remarkably neglected for the most part. You have no idea what you are talking about about. There has been tons of development on and around the cape in the last 10 years. Blue Origin and Space X have built production and launch facilities there. At least 4 new launchpads are currently under construction (1 for Artemis, 2 for Starship and 1 for New Glenn. Space X alone is working on about 300K sq/ft. This doesn’t account for all the small space contractors and smaller launch providers like relativity space.


Eventually there will be Starship towers all over the world and one of the capabilities of Starship is earth bound point to point travel. Rapid Reuseability will allow for travel say from Florida to Australia in under and hour.
