One of the many tragedies of this war is that before the war began the U.S. Intel Community, including CIA, was in agreement that Iran wasn't developing a nuclear weapon

We pinky swear blink blink we were not developing a weapon with our 65% enriched uranium even tho the only use for enriched that high is to make weapons. Yeah whatever you say Jan.

Only if they explicitly did it based on race Doing it based on party might be fine

What does this mean for Alabama? We specifically redrew our lines to add the 2nd for race specifically. Can we go back to our old map now before the midterms?
This is the whole reason why Trump wants the ballroom built. So shite like this doesn’t happen
This is all bullshite. The Nimitz is on a move from Washington to Virginia for decom work. They left Washington state like a month ago and are transitioning normally. They should be up here in the US in a few weeks normally when they were supposed to. This trip has been planned for a long long time.
You can claim lottery winning with a blind trust. It has been done many times especially with huge payout where the winners want to remain anonymous. The winning ticket is claimed by the trust and the trust pays all taxes and distributes the funds. The members of the trust remain completely anonymous.

Ty is going 1st round and I think he might go higher than a lot of people expect.

Called it. #13

So a company is willing to do the work for 1.5 million dollars vs the 301 million dollars the previous POTUS had it bidded for and you are claiming this is some sort of sham, insider deal? Are you frickin retarded?

I do t think that low bid is correct. The poolcrete alone would cost more than 1.5 million for a pool that size.
I’m not sure Trump realizes it or not but the reflecting pool isn’t supposed to be clear water where you can see the bottom like a pool. It is supposed to be dark so you can see the reflection of the monuments.
Ty is going 1st round and I think he might go higher than a lot of people expect.

Getting to a 12 team playoff ain't that big a deal really.

It’s really an 11-team playoff plus Notre Dame

Per ESPN The buyout is only $10M and decreases by $2M every year after that. For comparison, Auburn paid Hugh Freeze a $15.8M after year 3 despite dumpster diving for him.

That’s HIS buyout if HE leaves. If we want to gif rid of him we owe 90% of remaining contract. So no it’s not a cheap buyout. It’s pretty much a one-way buyout.

quote:1. Las Vegas Raiders Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana Hmmm He had a great season and deserve the accolades, but a lot of it was great coaching and system. I do not know if he has the physical tools to be a great NFL QB, especially in the #1 spot behind the Raiders OL.

This is how I know Ty is the better AB and should be taken before Mendoza. Raiders always always pick the worst 1st round picks. Most of their #1 picks turn out to be busts in the league.
I agree they should be citizens only if the mother is here legally. A citizen of another country that has a baby here either because they are here illegally or on vacation should not get US citizenship for their child. It should only be babies born to naturalized or existing citizens.

If they have proof they will revoke her citizenship. She would immediately expelled from Congress and lose her seat. Can’t happen to a better person.

With microchipped soldiers in the theater, their location is known 24/7. Of course the US media will do whatever it can to hurt the effort.

This is not a thing, lmao

It’s not just a positive or negative test. It will show the concentration level of the drug at the time the test was taken. The concentration level would determine, similar to a BAC, whether he was intoxicated by that drug

Would not determine intoxication at all. That is determined by body type and weight, your metabolism and tolerance. I know people in pain management and can take a 20mg roxi and they are perfectly fine because they are used to that dose.

I watched the police chief give a statement. He failed the field sobriety test so they arrested him. He took a breathalyzer at the station and blew 0.00. He refused a urine test which I assume is part of their implied consent laws so he was also charged with failure to provide a lawful test. But they definitely thought he was impaired which is why the arrest was made

Yeah and I have seen hundreds of field sobriety tests given where the officer swears up and down they are impaired but then the blood test come back clean. Field sobriety test are riddled with problems and should never be taken as gospel.

Prior history would indicate he was doped to the gills. Crash leaving Riviera in a 45MPH zone rolled SUV multiple time at high speed, crash when under influence in Florida where he knocked tires off the rims and now rolls a Range Rover in a 30MPH zone. These aren’t typical wrecks women have putting makeup on.

You don’t know the circumstances of the accident it might not even be his fault. Maybe someone else crossed the centerline or locked brakes suddenly. Very well could be other drivers fault.

Also what exactly will a urine test prove if you are prescribed pain pills? They going to look for the specific amount in your urine? What’s the legal “urine opioid level” in Florida ?

Exactly opioids can stay in your system for up to a week it doesn’t mean you are impaired. You know he is on a pain management program so the urine test is useless. Urine test would have been positive and they would have arrested him anyway. They gave him road side test but those are notorious for being unreliable. My guess is they knew who he was and they he most likely takes medication because of his surgeries. So they were gonna find a way to arrest him no matter what.

Still popping pain pills if I had to guess. You think he'd have just a full-time driver at this point. Dude has been crashing out for years, figuratively and literally.

Dude almost had his leg amputated and has had like 12 back surgeries. It would not surprise me if he isn’t on some pain management program. He probably has life long pain and needs the meds just to function. Just because you take the pills everyday doesn’t mean you are impaired. At some point you get used to the dosage and can function.

My understanding is they had to arrest him for DUI because he refused the test not because he was actively impaired. A good lawyer will be able to get him out of it.
