Dude fell hard off the radar.
Never heard of Josh Williams if I'm being honest.

Hell, he'd coach ULL and sing "Hot Boudin" if they called.

Needs to pay that October mortgage payment he's currently behind on. :casty:

More and more each season and even with each week. Oh well. They'll eventually figure it out. I at least have confidence in that. Just may take a few seasons.

I kind of would like to see it happen honestly.

I know our fans would flip their lid for sure but I'd like to see how he would do and honestly the whole melt that would come with it.

Wouldn't change my feelings for the old coach but I know a bunch of Bama fans would be inconsolable

but the professionalization is a big part too.

This is the main thing for me.

Even if my team isn't playing well or not involved in playoffs, it's at least fun to watch and cheer the front runners on and don't get me wrong, the competition is great but but there's so little difference between a team in the top 5 vs ranked in 20-25 as far as outstanding play goes.

It's kind of meh right now unless my team is playing.

I'm having a very hard time watching other games right now.

It's just not nearly as interesting as it was even 5 years ago.
Has to do with product vs network.

CFB was its own special thing at one point (competing somewhat with the NFL).

Now it's going back to being a minor league sport.

More and more people are beginning to slowly realize this (especially those of us who are traditionally SEC fans).

We're heading back to the 90's and further back thanks to the way things have changed (unlimited agency by players).

Why do you guys want so much praise right now? Just win out and trust me, we will run through walls to either praise you or melt over you. :dunno:
PhillyTiger thinks Lane or Saban will coach in BR. 11/11 he said that. :casty:

Donations to the cause. We breed them to bleed purple and gold around here. They are willing to sacrifice for LSU's success.

Kind of how we use our REC 'round here.
PhillyTiger and others who think they have an ear in their program.

Most Ohio State fans I know around where I live are not sold on Ryan Day. Their thinking is, doesn't matter if Day is there or not, they could get most any above average coach and win.
We could win this game or we could lose it. That's all I can say about it. Should be a good game. I have a lot of respect for the Sooners and their fanbase.

you are getting a man as a coach when you hire him

A 58 year old man by God!

Fox sports once wrote an article, its pretty funny.

quote:

He's a 38 year old grandfather and he owns fourteen shirts, thirteen of which have to do with Alabama football's mythical national titles.

I would submit, why read it when one can just go over to TR and read that there and see it directly.
