If this makes you mad, you aren't ready to win championship.

Hype ain't history.
Fact is the history ain't good.
Fact is, this is who Lane is.
All blow and no go.
Win the media troll award, lose the games that matter.
People buy the Hype and gloss over the big losses, every team that hired Lane thought their program would bring out that legendary coach that is hidden inside the troubled man.

The fact is, there is no great hidden coach inside Lane, just waiting for the big team to hire him.
It was our great arrogance, that being LSU would make Lane the great coach we all knew was in there.

Fact is, there is no great coach in him.
He is what he has shown us for 20 years

Your boosters just need to pack another $1 million+ onto Leavitt’s NIL package. That’ll make him stop throwing picks and fumbling jump passes.

Folks this is the post of honesty. This gentleman realizes what the majority of folks were telling LSU fans. This is the best alter call I have seen here in my time.

Let’s pray and lay hands on this man. Revelations in life come to us all.

Consider this for a second..

Maybe your program is a steaming pile of shite now? Maybe the NIL era for LSU is like what happened to Nebraska when it entered the 21st century.

Because so far… not good.

Relax

Any coach who could resurrect OM is solid. Give him time.

Please explain

I mean, what teams in the top five (with the exception of Indiana) are different from before NIL?

Here's my thought. If your program has endless amounts of money to buy players, why not hire a great bench coach? Hire a guy that has the x's and o's down pat. Allow him to assemble a great staff and win win win!

Many times the sexy hire is not the way to go.

Kiffin was nothing more than a fan hire. Everyone wanted him and Verge defaulted to that in order to keep the boosters and fanbase happy.

Only time will tell if he turns out to be a mistake for them.

Lane is great at resurrecting teams with no expectations and exceeding them. He is not great at taking a program with actual expectations of greatness and meeting or exceeding them. He cannot handle the pressure and never has in his career. He is a good coach. He isn’t a great coach

This. It is exactly the type of thing you can expect when you get a pandering politician involved in your athletics department.
