This is such a retarded stance and you know it is. Powell does not unilaterally decide on rates.

It’s tough to say. Imports clearly impacted this report, and there will be a “rebound” next report, but after? Who knows?

The bottom line is taxes slow velocity of money, and tariffs are a tax.

Fed is going to restart QE in Q3 this year, in all likelihood, which will make Trumps policies look better than they have been.

Bad news is they didn’t change the definition of “depression”, so there’s still that.

There probably is some nuance to the reasoning (fundamentals vs. reversible influence) behind the drop, but as you say, a drop is a drop.

It’s not good, despite whatever bullshite cope comes out of the usual suspects.
there’s literally nothing new in his “analysis”.

everyone knew in 2022 that Russia had the manpower and equipment advantage. It’s always come down to whether or not the cost was worth it to Russia, and to increase that cost.

Two hypothetical questions: if, in 2022, Russia knew they would still be fighting this war in 2025, would they have started it?

If, in 2022, ukraine knew they would still be fighting this war in 2025, would they have opted to fight back?

I think we can guess the answers are “maybe not” and “absolutely”.

Volume is too low either way. Bears don’t want to sell and bulls don’t want to buy. Any movements on price are fluctuations from arbitrage.

It’s market indecision. The resistance at 95k isn’t small but it isn’t huge either.

It’s definitely possible people are waiting for a liquidity sweep through 90k.

Bitcoin is sustaining the range I would hope for, but volume is very low and this has me a little spooked.

I guess everyone is waiting on earnings reports.

Accurate. Either that or you’ve never read any truck thread.
I think the market is going to be tepid until the fed says they have a clear picture regarding tariffs and inflation.

Shouldn’t get a massive drop unless trump goes back to the bullshite level of tariffs he originally announced
It’s a step, regardless.

China still holds the cards in the exchange but it’s a good sign.

Difficult to say.

It’s been announced for a few days and Trump insiders/OG holders have been selling into rallies.

The dinner is around the end of May, so any gains related to it will be sold off after the dinner.

Trump said the top 220 holders of his coin by a certain date get a dinner with him.

A lot of TA flags have 100-102k as a target and there’s liquidity building there.

Might get a run to 100k. Not sure what’s going to happen after. The 200day sma acting like support suggests we’re still in the bull.
