He's 2-1 against Ole Miss, 0-2 vs. everyone else.

2002: Texas Tech 42, Ole Miss 28
2003: Texas Tech 49, Ole Miss 45
2005: Alabama 13, Texas Tech 10
2008: Ole Miss 47, Texas Tech 34
2013: Auburn 31, Washington State 24

Victories over A&M and Missouri prior to September 2012 do not count as victories over SEC schools.

I didn't know that his WSU team played eventual SEC champion, and national runner up, Auburn so close.

Interesting.

I was there in 08 when jevan Snead and co slapped around the best team he’s ever had. That team had michael Crabtree and Graham Harrell

Texas Tech has won one game in any sport against A&M since October 2008.

AU went undefeated and won the SEC that year, then lost in the NC.

That’s a respectable performance tbh

If we're going to play that game then victories over teams prior to Leach joining MSU don't count. He's 0-0 against everyone.

We know the guy.
Most of y’all don’t.
That’s the bottom line.

Is it not possible to have a conversation about him, unless each of us agrees?

That's a pretty small sample size right there. This is a really good hire...I'm surprised he took the job but I'm thrilled if I'm State right now..hell, had we fired Gus, I'd be happy with him at AU

Well good thing he went to the one place where beating Ole Miss is the most important thing you can do.

Did we though? Did we really?

Also, everyone knows a Gus Malzahn coached team in weeks 1-4 is a completely different team than the rest of the season.

He was still trying to let Nick Marshall be a passer that game. He only let him run the ball 9 times.

Yeah that AU offense wasn't hitting on too much before Marshall learned to make the correct read on the option plays.

If they did, though, I believe he would be 7-3 against the Aggies.

Lol of course they don’t. Typical Aggie revisionist history.
