LSU has lacked a good AD for a long time. I do think fat Scott might actually be worse than Joe Alleva who should have never had the job. Joe Dean was pretty damn bad.

Jones made the tourny when less sec teams were getting in. So league wasn’t as deep but it also didn’t have the same respect it does now.

Plus there was 2 less teams until last year.

It looks worse for MM that in the time he has been hired every single sec team managed a tourny birth but us.

MM failed to make it when sub 500 sec teams were let in

Trent, Jones and Wade all didn’t what MM had to start their time here, the transfer portal to be instantly better. Trent didn’t need it since Brady left him a stacked team but Jones got a dumpster fire won and then proceeded to have us playing a tuba player. Wade rebuilt us in year 1 and 2 with no portal to instantly fix it.

So yes harder sec but easier to get in the tourny and rebuild.
