Yea she is likley trying to claim it’s 1 but she did a bad job of presenting that evidence.

Her story and what she is saying doesn’t add up.

Yea at this point a logical person would have to call into question a few things.

The running to social media, the posting a video alleging a coverup but it doesn’t show that at all, losing the appeal, now claiming he offered her 1k to go away. Either produce text or when it happened. It would be really dumb to text or email her an offer and equally as dumb to do it in person considering how much surveillance is around today.

A lot of holes and things not adding up.

Oh yea I agree with that, we can’t just sweep this as it was a BK Frank issue.

The good part is no matter if he did or did not do it, we followed the procedures put in place. No one can reasonably scream Lane let a rapist back on the team. Now that’s not going to stop Paul from doing it, but would be a hell of a line to push as that might actually lead to LSU doing something about it.

They probably knew all of this was going on when they let him back but they kinda had to due to him winning the appeal, but could be why he hasn’t dressed.

I don’t know that I would call it a current issue for LSU.

It makes sense to have him back on the team since he won his appeal. You aren’t going to find a school anywhere that is going to suspend someone and then when they win an appeal not allow them back.

All the coaches can really do is follow protocols, if it gets reported to title ix he is away from the team, he wins he comes back, he loses and he is kicked from school.

Yea the title ix system clearly favors accusers and video of random cops saying stuff isn’t much to scream verge ordered a coverup.

The crime happened in October 25 so BK or Frank Wilson and fat Scott/ verge.

Hard to think Verge would risk the big boy job when he had been suspended for not following protocols.

So I looked it up, it’s title ix because it involves two students. According to google, which we are seeing here the accuser can go title ix school side, the city, both or none.

It also does say title ix, works on a lower standard for a guilty so logically if someone is cleared of title ix wrong doing it will be less likely that a city would be successful in criminal charges.

It’s essentially title ix because it’s two students, one who happens to be an athlete and title ix protects against sex based discrimination which SA would fall under.

So end of the day title ix moves quicker does different things requires less evidence or at least standard for guilty vs the DA office. She could have chosen to do both at the same time.


We have one side of the story here, hers which upon appeal lost.

Verge is probably smarter than getting his hand caught in the cookie jar twice, so I highly doubt after finally getting the top job he decided to put his thumb on the scale and try to sway it, especially for what could be a de that hasn’t done anything on the field.

It looks like LSU did what it was suppose to do, they took the report, someone missed team activities while suspended, appeal went through and was allowed back.

People should be blamed for asking a stupid question.
