So people should be able to smoke pot after they walk 25 yards out of the building on their work lunch.

If they want, and the employer can fire them for it.

Why not?

People can smoke a cigarette or black and mild 25 yards outside of their work building, if the employer doesn't mind.

I'm not someone smoking joints etc all over the place, but just see a double standard, thats all.
It should be legal and/or allowable to smoke marijuana anywhere it is legal to smoke tobacco. We live in the United States of America.

If you think pot smells worse, it is only because you grew up socialized to the smell of tobacco. Any type of smoke is not good to breathe, but tobacco smoke is typically much worse than regulated MJ. Much more tar etc.

Does anyone remember smoking a cigarette for a first time? If you haven't please do, and come back and tell me that its not intoxicating. I don't smoke cigs, but the first time I did, I couldn't walk. Arguably then, drivers shouldn't be allowed to smoke ANYTHING. People that smoke cigs with no effect have a tolerance to nicotine, which is something people build to THC and other cannabinoids. We either have zero tolerance or equal tolerance in legal states.

Going overboard is another thing, and it is the same with tobacco. Anyone ever had the spins from nicotine? Evacuated your bowels?

He was on my flight to LAX for the 2014 championship game. Drunk as shite, hope he enjoys retirement.

Look man, it ain't our fault he was in the portal. Not sure what alabama has to do with this. They were a non-factor for us this past szn.
Great get with MSU kid.

Need that JUCO kid to at least, hopefully, be a more effective turtle.

This logo is great. I’d make it happen and pay this lady. I only pay $2.99 for her OnlyFans so I know she needs the help

Hilarious, yet the team you r a fan of has had less success than Texas did in its first year in the SEC!

You had more success than anyone in the conference this year. Does that make TU the GOAT of the conference? Tread carefully.

Football Recruiting this Century

Posted by MrLahey on 4/10/25 at 11:54 am
I asked AI to compile and rank composite recruiting data for the real 14 SEC teams in football, and here is what it returned:

Miss State, OM, Kentucky, and Mizzou above Arkansas? This is inclusive of Mullin, Lane, and Meyer, but also Petrino. I'm still a bit surprised. What surprised you?

What really sticks out is the established program that Kelly inherited with nothing to show for it.

Approximate Ranking of SEC Football Programs by Composite Recruiting Performance (2000–Present):

Alabama Crimson Tide
Alabama has consistently secured top-tier recruiting classes, especially under coach Nick Saban since 2007. Their ability to attract five-star talent has translated into multiple national championships.

Georgia Bulldogs
Georgia has been a recruiting powerhouse, particularly in recent years under coach Kirby Smart, regularly finishing with top-ranked classes.

LSU Tigers
LSU has maintained strong recruiting classes throughout the years, contributing to their sustained success in the SEC and nationally.

Florida Gators
Florida's recruiting success has seen fluctuations, but they have consistently been able to attract top talent, especially during their championship runs in the mid-2000s.

Texas A&M Aggies
Since joining the SEC in 2012, Texas A&M has made significant strides in recruiting, often securing top ten classes nationally.

Auburn Tigers
Auburn has had a mix of strong and moderate recruiting classes, with peaks aligning with their national championship appearances.

Tennessee Volunteers
Tennessee's recruiting has experienced highs and lows, but they have managed to secure notable classes, particularly in the early 2000s and recent years.

South Carolina Gamecocks
South Carolina has had periods of recruiting success, notably under coach Steve Spurrier, bringing in top talent to compete in the SEC East.

Ole Miss Rebels
Ole Miss has occasionally landed highly ranked classes, highlighted by their standout 2013 recruiting haul.

Mississippi State Bulldogs
Mississippi State's recruiting efforts have been solid, though they often rank in the middle tier of the SEC.

Kentucky Wildcats
Known more for basketball, Kentucky's football recruiting has improved in recent years, reflecting in better on-field performances.

Missouri Tigers
Since joining the SEC in 2012, Missouri has had moderate recruiting success, with occasional spikes during their SEC East title runs.

Arkansas Razorbacks
Arkansas has faced challenges in recruiting compared to some of their SEC counterparts but has managed to develop talent effectively.

Vanderbilt Commodores
Vanderbilt's recruiting classes typically rank lower in the SEC, focusing on student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically.

re: AU's Jakhi Howard in the portal

I was always pulling for Jakhi. But whoever takes his talent must also accept the issues he causes in the locker room and planes. I trust Bruce.

argument is shaky and unconvincing.

I didn’t make any argument, I just suggested that you let it go. Auburn is my team, and I’ve let it go. While the country is talking Houston and Florida, you are online crying about Auburn being a number one overall seed and pondering the possibilities of what could have been, if Auburn played somewhere other than Atlanta in the sweet sixteen and elite eight. I am sorry we violated you this year. The amount of salt is quite amusing.

id not deserve the #1 overall seed and was lucky to have two home games in the regional or would have been ousted earlier.

It’s time to let it go son
