I am hearing OM Athletics will be officially confirming a new Landshark mascot tomorrow.

Didn't the Landshark name begin during the Freeze era?

Land Shark is the dumbest mascot I have ever heard of. In a few years Ole Miss will realize this and have another vote for a mascot.

They got that from A&M? Their defense was always the "Wrecking Crew" when I was growing up. When did the landshark thing start at A&M?

Landshark was from an old Saturday Night Live comedy skit, back when SNL was pretty good. Back in the Belushi, Chase, Akroyd days.
