Underrated 90s movie

No doubt. I was just thinking about this movie the other week. It’s been years since I’ve seen it.

ETA: Rene Russo TYFYS.

Gene Hackman. Dude looked old for as long as I can remember….and he basically stayed looking the same his entire career.

Lemme guess, this “war” has all but fizzled out? The Jews lobbed some shite, the iranians lobbed some shite, more threats were made from both sides and we are back to normal.

I kind of want Iran to do something that gets them completely destroyed. Not because of human rights or nuclear weapons, but because of a press conference at the last World Cup when that one Iranian fig journalist was so smug and condescending to Tyler Adams about how to pronounce Iran.

Don’t these countries know Trump is in charge now? I was told nobody would be foolish enough to start shite up while he was president?

I just became aware of this broad like a month ago, and now I see her popping up everywhere. She strikes me as the kind of girl that’s playing at being a ‘bad girl’. I’ll bet she’s vanilla af.

Just get an airtight Tupperware container, toss an appropriately sized boveda pack in there and you’re good to go.

I’ve almost done this so many times over the years, but the sheer number of episodes have been too daunting. I was a young teen when it first started airing so I never really watched the show consistently. Just an episode here or there.
I didn’t end up hating it like I thought I would, but it definitely had a different feeling than the first one.
Watched this last night. I guess I’m in the minority, because I didn’t care for it. Other than Hailee Seinfeld looking hot as hell, and delroy lindo being really solid, it was just meh. It didn’t help that I’ve never rated Jordan as an actor. He’s too over the top for me.

Overall it wasnt anything more than an ok at home watch, and I’ll completely forget about it.
Yeah I felt like they did a decent job of reining in the GIRL BOSS energy in season one, but lost control of it in season 2. Especially Zoe Saldana’s character. She was just too much in season 2.

What he's done at Brentford is remarkable. They are historically a 3rd or 4th division club who hadn't been in the top flight since 1947 until they were promoted several years ago. Save for the last 8 years or so, Brentford have been essentially a neighborhood club in a small section of West London. And unlike other clubs who got to the Premier League and then flamed out (Blackpool and Huddersfield come to mind), Brentford have thrived.

I don’t disagree with that, he’s done a great job with brentford, and brentford caliber players. I just don’t think that sort of over achieving transfers to Tottenham. Unless levy starts paying wages for established pros, he won’t, I don’t see Tottenham ever finishing in the top 4 under Frank. Finishing comfortably somewhere around 5-8 is what I envision…and I think there are a lot of managers that would produce a similar result.

Ultimately, I don’t think this is really about the manager. So I’m not too concerned who is hired. It’s the jimmys and joes. No matter who’s in charge, I don’t see anyone taking the kind of players Tottenham brings in and mounting a serious challenge for the league title, or a deep champions league run.
