Somebody out of the high school signees is going to make an impact and it’s a bit hard to know where and in what role. I’d guess SF will be the spot
It's usually whichever recruit that's ranked in the 70s.

Wonder when we'll hear if Anderson Diaz will reclassify or not.
The word is that's a big reason why he committed to us, and we were trying to help make it happen.
I really like what I've read about him. Sounds like he's a straight up baller, but small enough where a 1/2 and done is unlikely. As a saw someone else write elsewhere, getting a guy like him used to be a Golden Nugget. An elite guy that's the NBA isn't calling, and you'd have for 4 years tearing shite up. But with the portal, it seems like you'll get 2 years with a guy before he goes somewhere else.

I don’t even want to know what Pitino is going to do under the table at Chez Fon Fon
Only thing going on under the table at a nice restaurant would be paying their staff. Pitino isn't hiring from Backpage. He's getting high end hookers that know how to behave in public. Though I do feel bad for the housekeeper at Pitino's hotel.
If rain ruined anyone else's weekend plans, Donta Hall is playing in the Euro League final four against Real Madrid.

Alabama was preppy long before Saban. I'd argue it was worse in terms of preppiness back then.
Bangs don't lie.
I'll say, looking around online to see what people are saying about Allen, his measurements took a big hit to his draft stock. Especially with him playing more wing than guard.
I'm hoping he isn't scrimmaging because with his size, teams want to see him run point. And with the guards in this class, he isn't going to get much opportunity. So hopefully he's heard enough from teams, he's decided to return and showcase his ability to run an offense.

One of my best friends since middle school is an Iowa fan. I'd love to play them just for shite talking purposes.

Why do they even have to early withdraw anymore? How many guys have not gotten drafted, played in Europe and are now eligible in college? Why should the deadline still exist? I bet a player who stayed in and didn't get drafted could sue the NCAA and gain eligibility.

I've been expecting the playoffs to expand to 16 teams as soon I heard they were expanding it to 12. Because I was only expecting it to become 8, and you know they'd love to add a couple extra games. And now that teams with byes have been losing, it'll probably expand the first opportunity the contracts allow it.

I’m assuming this is with current rosters so not including Aden and Amari.
I checked. It's with both of them. But we also only have 10 players listed, the rest are either walkons or Collins.

Aren't we sure for another European tour pretty soon? Isn't it once every 4 years?

This years draft is one of the strongest ever. Next years is much weaker. Amari should come back, improve his stock, and enter next years weaker draft.
I was going to post this. This draft is absurd, especially with ball handler/offensive initiator types. If Allen has this season, but it was next year's draft, even with the freshmen wall, he'd be a solid first round pick, probably early 20s.
He's going to go through the process. You'll know how serious NBA teams are depending on which combine invites him. If he's not in the top/main combine, expect him back. Even going through it, he may be back. But he might also perform well enough that a team wants him late first.
Either way, this process has usually worked for us (cough cough Bediako cough). Hopefully it leads to solid off-season development, and you'll see 2nd year jumps, like we've seen from a lot of Bama guys under Oats. I think he'll be back, but it could be a photo finish.

Much like Cloer, we were a finalist in the recruitment of Freeman as well.
Hell, let's toss in Jasper Johnson, and that's 3 transfers we were runners up the first time.
We've been runners up in a stupid number of elite prospects out of HS.
