Honestly I’d rank Oklahoma 2nd and at worst 1a, 1b with UGA behind Bama as far as consistently being very good or great.

What?

Lol. Some of you guys make me laugh. This notion that no one can compete in the SEC is borderline ridiculous. Mizzou went 7-1 in the SEC their second year in, with big 12 players. Since then they have largely done what Mizzou has done in the past. Texas A&M came in and went 11-2 with Big12 players. Since they have largely done what THEY historically do, which is one good season every now and again, and a bunch of 8-5's.

The other thing that's embarrassing is the assertion that every time and SEC team loses in a bowl game it's because they didn't want to be there. Sometimes it's because their just not that good.

You’re going to sit here and tell me that Missouri going 8-5 (5-4 Big 12) and then going 5-7 (2-6 SEC) is no drop off at all? lol

The next year they went 7-1. Same players. Second year in the league. So what happened there? They didn't suddenly get 85 brand freshman recruits in a single off season. Ridiculous.

Well by that metric nobody thinks you all will have any trouble adjusting

nobody thinks OU's conf win% will be less the first 6 years in the SEC?

I have it on good authority (retard aggie posters) that OU will struggle to go .500 in the SEC-SEC-SEC

OU doesn't have the talent to finish 2nd or 3rd in the SEC. OU's best recruiting class in the last five years was ranked #6 nationally.

2019 recruiting rankings
1. Alabama
2. Georgia
3. Texas
4. Texas A&M
5. LSU
6. Oklahoma

See the problem there?

Yes I see now you are no wise!!

If we are over .500 it will be a miracle. Please remember where those goal posts are when we start playing

#6 nationally is plenty of talent to finish 2nd or 3rd in the SEC with some degree of regularity, especially if we move to something akin to pods where the divisions are less skewed.

It's not when the 5 teams in front of you are in the SEC. And remember that was their BEST YEAR in the last five years.

Recently, you guys have feasted on a weak conference. Away games are a completely different animal in the SEC. Walking into Tiger Stadium, Bryant-Denny, Jordan-Hare,Vaught-Hemmingway, Neyland, The Swamp, etc. and coming away with a W is infinitely more difficult than winning at Baylor, TCU, Kansas, etc.

One of these is not like the others

While true, Davis Wade and Vaught are both larger than any other stadium in the BIG XII outside of Norman and Austin
