There are several people who this could be said about. One example I always use is Keith Whitley, he was a great country singer but people act like he was the greatest ever. It is only because they die young and tragically. They never got to the point in their career where their music or movies bombed so they are worshipped.

I don’t know how old you people are, but Cobain and Nirvana were one of the top bands in the world and Kurt was a megastar before his death.

Idiot
Do you have teenagers in this generation? Out of 5 of my kids, two of them had to be coerced into getting a license. I also hear the same anecdotal evidence from colleagues and friends that their kids have low , or no, interest in driving
This is my daily guilty daydream.

No Peter Thiel? I thought I heard there was a connection between them. He isn't implicated anywhere in the files? I haven't done any real research. It's what I've believed was going on for many years. Even so, some of the names and types of people are eye raising... well, not Woody Allen, Kevin Spacey, and Bill Gates

I'm sure it hurts Vegas quite a bit that you can now gamble real money in every concievable way on your phone.
Those numbers are simply a reflection of SEC fans being real fans and watching college football religiously, whether our teams are in it or not, while most of your ilk are moved onto college basketball if your schools aren’t in it.

I had set an alarm on my phone for next Monday because last season their individual game tickets went on sale 3 weeks before opening day.

I had to do this in the middle of a corporate meeting... have never purchased directly from another school before.

Picked them specifically from the seating chart at ~ 9:30 am. There were plenty 3 seat blocks available when I got off. Picked each seat and they were added one by one to the cart.

Tomlin gets crapped on every year? Hasn’t been in the mix for years now and is hardly ever on any “hot seat”. Gtfoh

re: Kirby smart

It’s more Kirby loving to screw up in these spots than Golding doing anything different. That game was almost an exact situational replica of the game in Athens, except Chambliss balled in the 4th quarter this time. The stupid stuff Kirby does is now a trend.
Yes it is. A man. A horny man.

In the SEC, only the Texas schools could match Michigan if they really open the coffers.

It's like you believe that all those alumni numbers mean anything. Maybe they have a higher percentage of alumni who wouldn't ever think of spending their money on paying coaches than the poor little SEC schools. Texas schools and their constant talk about endowments and money is just laughable. All that means is that you clowns don't know what you are doing. You don't win anything.
