If we had something on BK, do you really think he files this lawsuit?

Honestly yes. I think he’s more likely to try to bring the university down if they have something on him but he isn’t quite dead to rights. It’s going to be interesting to see how this develops because right now it looks like a nasty divorce from the outside when you look at it without emotion
This reads to me like they hadn’t finalized the paperwork yet and when Kelly refused to settle on a buy out LSU opted to invoke the moral clause on whatever dirt they allegedly have on him

It’s a PR disaster either way and LSU only comes out on top with this if they have something scandalous on him that the public doesn’t know about. I kinda doubt it

Lincoln Riley destroyed Oklahoma’s program in the short term and underwhelmed at USC. We are insane if we even interview him

ETA to those downvoting this -- he got caught recruiting for USC while coaching for Oklahoma early early early in the season. A bunch of key players and recruits mysteriously transferred to USC and the results they got were.... USC.
For better or for worse Kelly knocked us out of the playoff race this year. Let’s spoil some seasons and win the rest
I don’t buy into there being much of a gap between S&C coaches in 2025. If you know what you’re doing you can build muscle on your guys. There’s too much literature out there for Moffitt to be an X-factor over another coach

re: Brent Key. I dont get it.

There is no can’t miss coach available this year. We had to do what we did. I think Key would be a good fit if we went that way
u mean the guy that got creamed by the coach we just paid $100m to get rid of (plus all his staff)?
I said the same thing about Vanderbilt last week. Woops.

I'm I the same boat, it feels now like the 80’s and 90’s hoping LSU would win instead of knowing LSU would win.

When was this magical season that you *knew* LSU would win? (besides 2019)

I mean, you can just look at these two teams play and in 10 seconds realize that aggie should win. That's a lot of detail to support the eye test.

What eye test? A&M has had the softest schedule in the SEC so far this year and the only offenses with a pulse put up big numbers on their defense

A&M wins by the way

They’re going to beat us by 14 and then lose to Missouri and Texas. Probably enough to get them a playoff bid where they get embarrassed and then they hang their hat on next year
I think our squad is going to play with a chip on their shoulder and shock a lot of people who haven’t been paying attention. We are a complete performance on offense away from being able to dominate anyone left on our schedule not named Alabama. I saw the pieces starting to come together on Saturday where they can do it finally; first week of the season I can say that. Even as just a fan I am getting tired of constantly reading “LSU overrated” and “Vanderbilt and A&M are gonna crush them.” I can only imagine what the players are gonna do with a chance to ball out

I wish I could go and see it live, I think we’re going to have a statement win

re: Coaching Board??

Penn State needs a new coach. Florida very likely will be soon. Auburn potentially. Technically Arkansas.

I bet we’ll see it when a few more of these open

re: Will the Saints take Nuss

Posted by Walnut on 10/12/25 at 12:43 pm to
Sure, if he’s still on the board in the 6th and this LSU season really is just a bad injury, why not roll the dice
* Nuss with some zip on the ball
* Receivers getting separation so we can stretch the field vertically
* A run game to balance the offense
* Linemen that can block

now let’s review and translate CBK’s comment on the offense coming off the bye week:
* we are struggling to stretch the field vertically and cannot run the ball

welp.

They are playing the one team as bad as them

Fans like you are the problem

You want these incessant 8-8 seasons every year, rather than sacrificing 2 or so seasons to allow for 11-5 and 12-4 and 13-3 seasons

You are, in other words, someone who doesn’t understand what investment is

I'm excited to steal a win or two on a rebuild year. It doesn't affect our draft position or rebuild and shows we aren't just stuck in this pit forever. I hope we finish this one with a W and play most of our L's close this season
I have hope for this season but not optimism. If we can get a better offensive game plan together to where we are even average at offense, nobody in the country beats us ever again this year. I’m just not sure we can actually get there.

I couldn't stomach finishing this one but "bigot sandwiches" will forever be the most unintentionally funny thing I've ever heard in a video game. I can't believe they think that hits
Ed O sycophants are the only part of our fanbase left dumber than the few Kelly glazers still around
