No airport in College station. Just queers and steers.

They actually do have one. I flew out of there a lot when I had the misfortune of living there. Just a one gate kind of deal but they could get the team there if they cared to
This thread looks great as we're about to win the series
Finley honestly isn’t the best poster child of the crazy money driven CFB transfer experience. He was a bust in the SEC despite trying to achieve that level of play, got screwed at Texas State, then never really got his bearings and made a dumb decision at Tulane forcing him to go yet again. Most of his transfers are understandable and not everyone is cut out for this sport
Don’t see a lot of action live. Best I’ve got is 2019 LSU/Texas, 3rd and 17 and was something special

This guy is a retard. The truck nuts dodge Ram 2500 crowd that speed, pass on the right and cut in with 3 feet of clearance are the problem

I haven’t lived in Louisiana in many years but have been back in the state like once a month for a pretty good clip recently.

I can assure you from an outsider’s perspective, the left lane drivers are the problem.

re: What did you do for lunch today?

Working on a cut right now so I’m eating my breakfast late and skipping lunch. Have a salmon filet and a bag of broccoli on the docket for dinner tonight, did some eggs done over easy and chicken sausage with a side of blueberries for breakfast

re: Shingles vax: Yay or nay

This might end up being an OT downvote opinion but my opinion is that vaccines are well researched and safe — but the post-pandemic ones I.E. COVID are not vaccines, they’re glorified gene therapy, and you should be wary about putting those into your body

Shingles passes my personal safety test. Don’t take the clot shot unless you’re like 75
There's nothing mechanically wrong with the shot that causes the side effects you see like Ozempic face, saggy skin, yo-yo weight rebound etc, but the problem is is because it's like a cheat code for dieting without having to watch your nutrition and exercise, a lot of people never learn how to properly maintain themselves at a lower weight to *not* have those things happen.

It's better than having an obese sick population to have them dependent on these shots, but they shouldn't be treated like a magic bullet. People should try to lose weight the old fashioned way if they can. Learn to eat nutritious, low calorie high density food, exercise regularly, and be healthy the right way. You're going to have to learn how to do it eventually anyway if you want to ever stop taking the shots and be healthy, you might as well start learning how to do it on your way down.
Ed O wouldn't have had that roster because he drove it into the ground and didn't show any signs of wanting to fix the problem

There’s a major culture problem at A&M that may never be fixed.

It stems from the university and radiates into the entire town. The “Aggie Way” that they’re so stubborn about ends up leading to everyone in town working their asses off for mediocre results.
I love Coach O as a person. He seems like he’s actually a great dude.

Still glad we moved on from him as a coach. Thanks for 2019 still, absolutely unforgettable

There's still an unspoken advantage to scheduling better OOC games, and that's getting battle tested against real competition early. Find a way to win those games and your odds of surviving SEC play and winning a national title skyrocket.
Against. I don’t want to be relegated to the neo-Big 12
It would’ve been a good season if we had taken out A&M and Florida like we were supposed to. USC hurt obviously but week 1 with all of the transition we had done on defense I can forgive it. Also wish we had been competitive with Bama but there’s no shame in losing to them when we were never a natty caliber team
He’s our coach next year love him or hate him. Might as well be calm in the off-season and see if he can beat Clemson.

re: What did LSU do to p!ss off the SEC

Posted by Walnut on 11/27/24 at 1:22 pm
It’s not a big deal. We don’t have a school that isn’t called Tulane who considers us their top rival, and it’s pretty obvious why we hadn’t been scheduling them like Georgia does with Georgia Tech when you think about their last 60 years or so of play
I hadn’t been on campus in a long time until a few months ago. If you aren’t noseblind to it it’s very obvious LSU has money, especially compared to years ago.

re: Why Did We Hire Scott Woodward?

Posted by Walnut on 11/21/24 at 6:35 pm
I don’t blame Woody for this one. He’s hired well in the other sports (men’s basketball still TBD) and Kelly was a good candidate on paper. I also believe he wasn’t responsible for the Jimbo thing, A&M was pressuring him to pay the dude that much

I’ll gladly melt about Kelly though
