Goetta is from Northern Kentucky, not Ohio. And its fricking fantastic. But yeah cincy chili is not good

I’ve eaten chili with cinnamon in it and I thought it was good. I googled skyline chili and it has cocoa in it as well (or the recipe I saw did) - not sure if the one I had did or not. But that kinda makes it like a mole.

Here's the thing with sausage. It's for the protein. If you want your fiber, fine. Have it on the side. You got no call to mess up a fine protein.
