Yuck. I got a kitchen view of them making these one time. They were pouring a grayish red rubbery mixture into these little preformed molds shaped like spareribs. Placed them into a large commercial oven and popped them out about ten minutes later. They peeled the “meat out of the mold and slapped it onto the bread with all the fixings.

When I was in my last year of dental school in 94-95, New Orleans had 420 murders on average. There would be 7-8 every weekend on average.
