It was voted the greatest sports event of the 20th century. I haven’t seen anything since that would top it either. I still go back and watch the last 5 minutes every now and then.

1984 Miami vs Nebraska Orange Bowl. Nebraska went for 2 at the end of the game after a furious comeback. A tie would have given them the National Championship, but Osborne said they came to win.
And I was there! I was in the Miami area with two of my Ole Miss frat bros and a friend of my dad’s gave us tickets.
That stadium was rocking!

Mine is pretty niche. It has no post season relevance. My old man took me to an Astros game in ‘07 vs The Mariners in Minute Maid Park. I think the Astros had a man on first and Hunter Pence hits one down the right field line into the corner. The runner is blazing to third and heading home. Ichiro Suzuki fires a fricking missile damn near from the fence to throw the guy out. I had never seen anything like that in person before. What a legend that guy was.

1) Kick Six
2) Spurrier alternating QBs every play vs FSU in '97.
3) Arky not catching the foul ball in the '18 CWS.
4) The wind blowing away a short FG attempt FTW by State in the Egg Bowl circa early 80s. One of the weirdest things ever.

Georgia at Auburn 2013. "The Prayer at Jordan-Hare". My wife's a big UGA, and had a bunch of her GA friends over to watch. They were opening fresh wine bottles in the kitchen and missed the Auburn TD. I wish I had video of the aftermath.
