Yes. Lots of friction with people inside the department and outside (donors and alumni) because of his wife always bringing up this shite. Many inside things done that seemed almost like purposely self sabotage. The only good thing from it was that we have seen an uptick in donations since he left. I honestly wish the guy the best. He seems to have poise in an interview but still needs some maturity on the field. In one hand he has all the pressure to be as good or better than his family name but on the other hand dude will have it made no matter what happens. Is that affecting his work ethic or attitude? We can’t say but for now most would agree he has some work to do.
