Herman's teams play to the competition. They almost beat a top 5 USC team at the coliseum (went to OT) his first year, after getting thrashed at home by Maryland. They were killing OU last October before letting off the gas and winning by 3... again after losing to Maryland.

They struggled with Kansas and Tulsa, but manhandled Georgia.

This will be a 20-17 type game one way or the other.

Herman gonna have a lot of bo-bos to kiss when it's over, either way.

any other position group besides QB do you see texas with an advantage over LSU? not saying horns have advantage there just figured that's what you would go with.

In what universe is ANY PAC team a T5 team? That's like saying a BDF team is a T5 team - a fairy tale

LSU will have to help Texas for them to win. LSU is definitely the better team with more talent.

Shut the hell up man LSU rolls. You made zero points on why they will struggle. You just typed a bunch of fricking words. Tell us why they’re going to struggle

To be completely fair, the majority people are making zero points as to why LSU will roll.

Because you said so? LSU's defense is not Georgia's. Not by a long shot. Texas gets rolled. +21

Make fun of the big 12 all you want. You couldn't even win in the big 12.

Georgia's defense is actually more talented than LSU's. Check the last four years of recruiting for proof.

if you look at the rosters there is a lot of similarity in talent. both teams have lots of 4 stars, except on the offensive line, where both have some, but not like in every other position.

it would be very well matched except for defensive experience and LSU has some insane talent there. our dline should finally be up to lsu strength as well. our special teams should be very good as well.

Ehlinger is a very good qb and texas will have to rely on his heroics to stay in the game, imo. I don't know how the wr talent stacks up over there. I know you've got players but do you have dependable studs coming back this year? we do.

LSU should win be at least 10.

The last time t.u. beat an SEC team at home was 2008. The last time they beat one of the original 10 SEC teams at home was 1984.
