The handful of people I know that either know or have met Talarico multiple times say that he is a genuinely kind person.

The strategic part of it would be Buford’s (and basically every Austin bar) closes at 2, so people would generally be forced to exit at that time.

Truly an awful situation. Buford’s tends a mix of all races, but it’s nice enough that it’s the Bama bar on gamedays. Definitely one of the bars that people aren’t generally worried about going to.
