all depends on the guard play of that florida guard, who transferred in from Iona, who was phenomenal. if he can't light it up like he did, it'll be Houston.
part of the game. we just lost our dline coach right before spring ball. it sucks. so i feel your pain. it happens to everyone.
depends on relationship with Kelly. O would probably love to do it! He's set, he's got the ring, the money, probably close to a dream finish for his career.

Would Kelly/LSU want him? That's probably the bigger issue.
what a stupid post. i'm sorry to say it so harshly. saints ticket sales and support won't suffer at all.
i'll say the previously unsayable. i saw S.C.'s team and saw they had the big girls. unfortunately most of the big girls are lesbians and they are going to a very lesbian friendly school. remember the big lesbo mulkey had at baylor? she's had them on her team and I am sure would welcome them at her school. of course there are lots of female athletes who are not lesbians and mulkey's classes have been good, but it's hard enough to get the bigs since there aren't many to begin with.

i have no info that dawn staley swings that way but i would say i'm still 95% sure that she does. she can't help it if that's a plus for recruiting the big, strong girls.

this post is not meant to be hateful but is simply an observation of the facts. it is an adult's right to be that way if they wish.

every coach in the SEC is struggling with the new landscape. same can be said for every other conference.

Kelly is a good coach so there is no sense in talking about a replacement unless he is as close to sure fire as there is. so i put it to you? who out there is sure fire? Even Nick was starting to struggle.

I believe he is capable. but i'm not going to defend him to the death.
i've tried to watch and i can't. they look like they just picked up the game yesterday.
we're not that far. Look at Penn State. they had that one defenseive end that made all the difference. if he hadn't been hurt in his right shoulder and could've have rushed from both sides Penn State probably wins that game. he was a wrecker. you get one stud at corner and another at safety, one star at dt, one at de, with what we've got.... a couple of playmakers and we have the potential.
everyone but the head coach knew it.
1st and goal from 2 or 1 - why don't you put arch manning into the game to put pressure on ohio state?

just incredible.

ewers is nothing without that defense.
i think so. if texas can't run, ewers is not going to beat a good team. might've had a chance until that end of the half defensive blunder.

texas playing super aggressive with 25 seconds left which they never do but they set themselves up for the screen. a high paid coach made a really stupid call once again.
Gunnar is a german name. think about it. if it was spelled like you spelled it he wouldn't be allowed on a lot of college campuses because his name would frighten all the karens! or they would be offended. or they would make him take 3 semesters of DEI and woke training.
the fans aren't winners, my friend. they don't play. the football team isn't annoying, it 's the fan base. they are the losers.

yeah, i'd rather see texas win. but i don't have much confidence they will if Ohio State is still playing like the last 2 games. When Texas can't run, they don't look that good, even though Ewers can pass well. I don't see them scoring enough points unless Cuisinart and Blue can get going. Texas has not been able to run against the better defenses, but who knows? we'll see tonite.
You have to admit that while ND is a good football team, they have been extremely lucky. and of course it takes luck to win the NC. you have to get some good bounces.

ND could've easily been eliminated in the first round if the seeding system had been up to snuff. their schedule has been easy, both through the regular season and the playoffs. Georgia lost their qb, and Kirbo coached so badly you'd have thought he thought ND was wearing crimson and cream. You had to have that feeling that Franklin would blow the game. and he did. which is a shame because until that last series he had coached well, imo.

and someone else pointed out that kelly didn't have the portal, either.

I expect tonight's winner to mop the floor with ND. because against a really good battle tested team, i expect to see the real ND>
i thought franklin coached pretty welll until the end of regulation. His qb, never a great passer, was having a bad night to boot. with 40 seconds left there is no way you try to throw your way downfield.

Kirbo made the same mistake with his Georgia team before half. If he had
Beck, by all means, you try to get a score in. with a guy making his first start, .....

these guys are pros. it boggles the mind when fans like me who don't know football 1/100th as much as these guys can call it but they can't.
they had some good players but ND didn't have to defend much against the pass and still let the nittany's run all over them. Penn State couldn't pass protect against a really bad passing attack.

yes, give them props for being tough, but they weren't great. and sure, they were better than us. still, i would hope for more.
It does look like in this era you've got to run the football. hard to pinpoint the exact reason. you don't want a dual threat but you want a guy who can bail you out with his legs - not afraid to run when the first down is there.
