The Saban Era is over, just win now by any means necessary.
If Alabama finishes the season 11-1, beats A&M in the SEC Championship and makes the playoffs, it's been a great season. Anything else is icing on the cake.

The 05-07 LSU teams were loaded, coaching just wasn't the best. That was Saban's guys, LSU fell off some in 08 and lost 5 games after Saban's guys left.
He would have definitely won 2-3 more NC at LSU, especially if Alabama didn't hire the right coach after Shula to try and slow LSU and Saban down.

Alabama has two comfortable wins in JHS since they started playing there, 2001 and 2011. Toughest stadium for Alabama to win at. Alabama is 7-10 in JHS since the series started being played there in 89. Saban was just 5-4 there.
Three undefeated Alabama teams have lost there, 89, 13 and 17. Two one loss Alabama teams have lost there, 93 and 19.
This years game is going to be a nightmare.

Just depends on the LSU players mindset. Their season is over, their coach is fired, they are probably more interested in seeing where they are going to be playing next year and getting new NIL deals set up.
If they don't care about the game at all, it will be a complete blowout.

Alabama's 2nd to last drive was amazing, should have been doing that all game. The defense played well considering all the time they spent on the field.
However, Alabama doesn't win that game without SC gifting them 14 points.
