If he really punched a girl, he should be kicked off the team. If not, then he should be allowed back on the team. Very simple.

Pretty simple. Pretty fair. No place for that here!

It is simple. But you have one witness saying he did it and another witness saying someone else did.

He has to be booked, and in the eyes of the public, that means you are guilty every time.

All I heard was the girl that got punched is the only one saying it was him. Who is her witness?

Maybe because LSU fans know people tied to the program, live in the same town as Mills, and go to school with him??

Because LSU fans are the only ones that care about if he is innocent or not. Everyone else just wants to make team vote jokes and shite on Les Miles (although thats about 50% of LSU fans too)

The woman had knocked on Mills' door at approximately 1 a.m. on May 4, because she said she was looking for a friend, the arrest warrant says. Mills "closed the door in the face of the victim," and she knocked again. When no one answered, she began to leave. But the victim told police she then heard someone say something to her, "and when she turned around Mills punched her on the mouth," the warrant says. A witness told police she saw Mills punch the victim on the mouth, and the victim fall to the pavement.

May not even need a vote. Simple battery is the initial charge. Still room to plea that down

There were many more witnesses that say Mills wasn't the one that punched her and was breaking it up.

Which is just as unfortunate as the lsu fans stating as a matter of fact that he didn't hit her.

Is it really? Does that mean when someone is accused of hitting a woman we should state as a matter of fact that he did not hit her because it hasn't yet been proven beyond a reasonable doubt?

Set your fan boy reactions aside for a moment.

So whats the real story? Was he "dating" 2 chicks, and they got into a catfight, and the loser wants to make him pay? Cause that's what it sounds like...

Jalen has always been a good kid. No criminal past to speak of. I think the girl is lying. He should be back on the field vs Wisconsin.

the girl admitted she was lying to the DA. jalen's gf punched the girl because she was being aggressive at the door, beating on it, and screaming. she was told to go away multiple times and the final time the gf and her got into it. jalen tried to break it up between them. that's what he is being charged for simple battery for. for pulling the crazy girl off of his gf.
