He attack a security guard around 9 years ago when he was what 15 years old, got damn that must’ve been one hell of an arse whooping. I’m just curious, how much of an arse whooping a 15 year old can dish out that it’s worth over $11mill? That just sounds a lil insane.

I don’t know. Whole thing sounds weird that a minor would get tagged with that. But bottom line is, his parents should have made certain that him or his attorney showed up for the court date. The article is poorly written. But it sounds like this was a default judgment.

I’ve never heard of a college kid declare bankruptcy. Did he announce it like Michael Scott did?

Neither a borrower nor a lender be, Do not forget: Stay out of debt; Think twice, and take this good advice from me, Guard that old solvency. There’s just one other thing you ought to do. To thine own self be true.

You can both borrow and lend. If you borrow, pay it back. If you lend, lend it to only those you know can pay it back. Simple enough.

That's literally what the first line means: if you're a lender, you too, stay out of the kind of debt a lender can find himself in, i.e., lending to those who you ought not of lent to in the first place.

I listened to Jason Whitlock interview the security guard that is suing him. The guy is originally from Baton Rouge and was a minor league player.

Not surprising news from this family. Don't wish them the best that's for sure.

Everyday we learn some kind of new twist in how adding nil interfere with good ol cfb. Paying players outside of the traditional schollys just disrupts the locker room.

Who among the world wouldn't be Bankrupt with a $12M judgement against us??

Not trying to say the Sanders kid is or isn't responsible with his money, but even if he saved every dime its likely he wouldn't be able to pay that.

How did you go bankrupt?
Two ways. Gradually, then suddenly.
