Johnny Football game in Tuscaloosa.

Funnily enough mine would be 2013 when Alabama came to College Starion.

It was a shootout with 91 total points (49-42) and just shy of 1200 total yards.

Nick looked like he saw his own ghost at the end of that game, despite winning. Ags had one of the worst defenses I’d ever seen them put on a field that year.

The author whiffed on the OU/A&M hate.

But it generates clicks and discussion
This game isn’t close to being over.
All pitchers involved in this game are going to have ptsd after this game.
That prediction is entirely plausible.
This game. The pitchers are getting shelled.
Best thing about Les, and Coach O was that they were themselves.

The worst thing about Kelly is he faked it.

Everyone and I mean everyone appreciates and respects honesty. There’s cache in it - no one expects a saint as a football coach but you’d better be authentic when you’re in charge of leading young men.

Kelly is no leader. For all of their other blemishes Les and O are.

re: Ranking the SEC in terms of BBQ

My first love is brisket. I appreciate a well cooked brisket- it’s hard to do. I’ve hit the bullseye a couple of times, I’ve made good brisket a bunch, and I’ve put out dry assed brisket that had to be chopped to save far too many times for my liking. It’s an art form and it’s not easy to perfect, but very easy to frick up.

I have yet to screw up a pork butt and I think that’s the training wheels of pork. Never done a whole hog, but I will admit that crunchy skin with chopped pork is fricking sublime. That skin is the real deal. SC is what I think of for whole hog and damn it’s good.

I give my friends in Louisiana a pass when it comes to barbecue- what they do with the seafood is their strong suit and brother it is strong. Char grilled oysters are heavenly.

Strong shoutout to Alabama and that white sauce. Didn’t think I’d like it but I do.

That sweet stuff up in Missouri- no thanks. I just don’t like my cue sweet.

DRY RUB ON RIBS- Good stuff.

Christian Kirk was pretty legit.
I’ve never heard that but things can change.
Dammit. He is way too young for that.

Just landed from OKC. It was a shite show flying into IAH.
I don’t know much about softball pitchers. Could yesterday’s starter been able to pitch today without issue?

I’m sitting in OKC- I was supposed to be back in cypress about an hour ago but the weather is apparently shitty in Houston. I’d be shocked if there are any games tonight.

Take the L and move on. No need to cry.

Credit should probably be going to the catchers with nice frames. Last week I was impressed with the Texas catcher turning balls into strikes.

Radar looks clear at the moment but there may be a finger of a rain line around 10.
