I'm thinking if I go into the stomach it can help with the elbows and then some other nagging issues like lower back. I'm OK taking a few weeks.
The half life of bpc 157 is pretty short and the liver and kidneys clear it from the body pretty quickly. Stomach acid breaks it down as well and bio availability of oral bpc157 is low. At least according to what I’ve seen.

I think for it to truly have a chance to work you need to inject near the affected area and dose pretty frequently.

I’m not an expert. Just looked into it to see if I wanted to try it.

Do you think we can advance in the next 100 years as much as we did in the last 100 years?

We will never know…. Probably

worry about longevity.
Strength training and muscle mass are key to longevity. As for potentially modifying the ways in which one trains strength and builds muscle so as to make injury avoidance a primary consideration, I think around 45 or 50, if not earlier. At 45 or 50, a major joint injury is difficult to come back 100% from and the time lost in strength and muscle building is likely not going to be recovered.

Hopefully done either because the gender of the student is unknown/unconfirmed to the writer or to protect the privacy of the student until officially identified.

I think it's as good a plan as any. He's the best Auburn coach in history, anyone who follows will probably struggle. Hiring the guy groomed for the job who has been doing a ton of the work during Auburn's rise makes sense.
I hope this is true, but I think a better plan would be to go hire a proven name while AU basketball is an attractive job.
Please be another AU story Pete Thamel gets wrong!!!!!

about $5000 to not go into eviction
Probably just delays the process a few months. There is a root issue in almost every scenario like this that $5,000 won’t fix.

Also, you will no longer be friends if you loan him the money. He won’t pay you back and then will avoid you because he knows he isn’t going to pay you back.

Letting him fail/get evicted, is likely better for him in the long run. Give him a temporary place to stay after he gets evicted and help him with his root problem.
Are you his primary guardian? If not, it’s going to be difficult to have enough influence over his diet.

Body weight exercises focusing on form are probably the first step. Need to really make it fun for him at this age. Make a game or competition of it, with some reward tied to it.

Are his parents healthy/fit? If not, trying to influence their behaviors would likely be a greater help to your grandson than anything else.

It was, but it was also effective.

but Charlie was just...a guy with a microphone under a tent.
True, but he was pretty good at helping the younger generation understand and defend conservative beliefs most of whom had grown up in an environment telling them that was shameful and evil.

He was a legitimate threat to the left who thought they had the youth vote sewed up for at least a couple generations.

Coincides with the rise of social media. Rhetoric just keeps getting amplified
And algorithms keep getting more sophisticated. Everyone thinks it’s the others that are susceptible to the onslaught of targeted media fed to us, but we are all susceptible and need to be cautious.

Our rituals of going online daily/hourly to get dopamine hits off the other side getting owned or being evil and our side being good or winning isn’t healthy.

No, I think he’s a plastic surgeon and tv personality

I’m well aware of the benefits and the complications. Can you send me the micro dosing results from studies for people who are not diabetic and not over weight?

As usual, your poor reading comprehension and jumping to assumptions make you look foolish in every thread.

I’m not saying he’s wrong, but I’ll need some more info and additional sources/research before I’m buying into this

Was I wrong?
Your stepdaughter and/or wife might have an insecurity about eating or weight, so it might make sense to approach the subject with an understanding that there is more to the situation than your pragmatic approach toward not wasting food at dinner.

But I know if she eats now she will order dinner and not eat it and I’m sick of buying meals and wasting them (and my money).
So you are going to spend the same money whether she eats a snack now or not, right?
There are 2 places you make up the most shots…being in play off the tee and chipping/putting.

When you avoid/limit penalty strokes off the tee and can consistently control your distance/speed with chips and putts, you eliminate most of the double bogeys that kill your score.

Work on your driver with a focus on a fairway finder and less concern about maxing distance. Next work on learning the feel of your chips and putts with a focus on controlling distance more than reading breaks.
