I’ve always been quick to say Jordan Hare is easily the second best atmosphere I’ve been to after Tiger Stadium and I’ve basically been to all of them besides Oklahoma. But the stadium is a dump, nice to see it’s getting some love.

The box has a great atmosphere but the amenities are trash in 2026 compared to the rest of the SEC. there’s no reason fans should be sitting in bleachers after the money and commitment over the last 40 years.

Besides the new basketball arena, I know there was 20 million approved for baseball practice facilities and player amenity renovations. It would be nice if LSU actually added/renovated something for the fans given the money poured into the program over the years :lol:
Also had a new outdoor track facility in the works but haven’t heard anything since NIL. It was supposed to move off river road but concerns over the constant wind.
Nothing I’ve heard of for football but the facilities are pretty up to date and people are cool with the lower bowl being gross and intimidating :lol:

Splitting games against two top 10 teams isn’t a big deal. I’m not saying everyone is going to be in bliss but any fan above a room temperature iq is going to be fine.
ETA: sure, there will be some shite posters like there always are win or lose. Everyday fans will be fine and many of us have wanted Lane at LSU for years. People will be patient.

I don’t think there will be any melting as long as we at least split A&M and Ole Miss. losing both would probably bring Junior and Lulu to see red.
Every LSU family and friend I know isn’t worried because Lane is going to eventually win big. As said above, sure sounds like the national media and seething rival fans are the ones setting up the false expectations.
I’m fine with 9-3 depending on how it happens. 10-2 is a success with the schedule. Anything better and people should be worried about the Train. :pimp:
