He’s off to a great start but you can keep hoping he will forget how to recruit and coach at a high level.

Mullen to Ole Miss is a brilliant pick up... I could epically see that.

Why not LSU?

Because Kiffin will still be busy breaking it off in Eliah Drinkwitz's arse.

Probably as long as it takes Kiffin to get the itch to move on. I bet he doesn't even bother to unbox his belongings.

Even if your HS recruiting has improved, that is not the benefit it once was. If a 5 or 4 star doesn’t like their playing time or believe they can do better at another school, they transfer.

I believe he will out last Kiffin. Because LSU has high expectations at LSU to win a championship there.

Hey, remember when your dumbass school gave drunktits a big contract extension because they were worried LSU might take him? That was hilarious.

I say hes gonna be done in 3

that seems pretty low so I'd have to probably take the over. I think it's logical to say that whatever QB they have in 2027 won't be nearly as good as chambliss is, so I think they have just about hit their ceiling. Their schedule also isn't too kind:

2027: @LSU, Oklahoma, Bama, @Tennessee, @ aTm
2028: LS, @OU, Florida, Texas, @AU, @ UGA
2029: @LSu, Oklahoma, Tennessee, aTm, @ Bama

He's not gonna be there for 10 years or anything, and will likely be 5 or less. But 3 just seems super low.

Agreed, I think they'll be pretty good this year just because Chambliss and Lacey are dawgs. I'm not sure if it's possible to frick that up.

At least they give us a one year reprieve from UGA even though we play you a little better than most teams

Pete will last longer at Ole Miss than lane does at LSU
predictable and stupid response. Pete won't last 2 full seasons at Ole Miss. If lane leaves in less than 5 years at LSU, he will have won a championship and left for the NFL.

The #6 OL in America just committed to Pete mother fricking Golding!
That’s 12 four stars with many more to come

HS recruiting is incredibly important in the trenches. Look at how bad OL play is in college football right now. That’s a direct result of not having guys in the system for a couple years before they start.

Melt bitch! You never engage with the actual argument because you lose every single fricking time. Did Lane ever have 12 four stars committed in June? Lmfao.

The argument LSU fans make is “Lane is the only reason for ole miss success” when that statement is laughable.

Pete has been the ole miss coach for a few months and has already won more playoff games than Kiffin has in his entire career. Beat Georgia with the same team Kiffin couldn’t get it done with. Put together the #2 portal class in the country. Retained Kiffin’s QB and RB he desperately wanted in Baton Rouge. And has already put together a better HS recruiting class IN JUNE than Kiffin put together in his entire tenure. Go look at how awesome Kiffin was at recruiting before Pete got to Ole Miss lmao.

The cherry on top will be Ole Miss beating you in Oxford in September and lsu coming out of September with three losses. Then you arse holes have to watch Kiffin’s effeminate arse tweeting about hot yoga.

Can’t wait to watch this place implode
