For context, we’ve played 20 times at Auburn since 1970. Our road record against them during this time is 8-12.
A lot of close games, but not a terrible road record.

Agreed, she publicly presented herself as an attorney and held position of general counsel for a nonprofit. In the very least unethical, possibly criminal if she actually practiced without a license.

Miami’s deal with Adidas ended.
It freed up $20 million.
Other schools already under contract.
Adidas gambling Ole Miss will be successful.

My point however is that they are not going to evacuate for a tropical storm and will not have mandatory evacuations for a cat 1. Roads will not be congested with evacuees and hotels will not cancel bookings. Tuscaloosa is 200 miles inland, at most it will be a rain event at game time.

Sure, if it makes landfall as a major hurricane. Not sure the logistical response to a cat 1 or tropical storm will have same effect.
For Gustav, I believe the game was moved to the morning.
Hurricane George was predicted to make landfall in Louisiana on a Saturday night before it made a late turn towards Mississippi coast. I recall an evacuation of the New Orleans area and the game against Idaho being played as scheduled.
Both of these storms at least a 2 at landfall.

Spread was 2.5 points. The majority of the rant thought it would be a close game and had questions about how Leavitt would handle a hostile environment.

We made an appointment in New Orleans. Turned in our application, ate breakfast at restaurant in building, retuned an hour later and it was ready.
