already asked LSU fans for patience it's pretty clear he doesn't think next year will go great.
Tempering expectations =/= Fear of another program.
Lane’s a known troll, the majority of posts on the Rant consist of fans trolling other fans.
Should be a good rival game this year and for the next few coming.
Nevertheless, as stated above, we have digressed from the original topic.

Link showing post/s of LSU fans or Kiffin being terrified of a Pete Golding coached team?
You’re being trolled.

And your terrified of Ole Miss continuing to be successful and not missing their old coach, just like when LSU stole NDs coach.
Not at all lol-
Fans are happy with Lane, happy Ole Miss hired Golding instead of Sumrall, and happy to see Golding fail should that occur.
Sorry my man, Pete doesn’t strike fear in opposing fan bases, LSU or otherwise, and is not a coveted head coach.
Better this year, without a doubt.
However, moving forward, you can’t name a single NCAA athletic department that would choose the football and baseball coaching staffs or available resources of Ole Miss over LSU’s.
Decision makers promoted Pete because they wanted continuity during playoff run and basically had no other choice.
As for Bianco, he has been on the hot seat for the past decade.
Congrats on the great year, but flash in the pan you are.

Offensive guru Lane Kiffin brought a back up Wr and a back up OL with him. Zero starters. Impressive.
Defensive want-a-be guru allowed two best defensive players to transfer to same offensive guru then openly tampered with committed LB causing an NCAA investigation.
Impressive!

You’re projected to lose to Ole Miss which would make it 4 out of the last 6.
It’s June and your team is currently favored by 1.5 points.
Moreover, Ole Miss is 3-7 against LSU last 10.

Is that a pic of Pete Golding in disguise?

[quote]They were more than solid. Chris Jackson was unstoppable. That team was loaded with talent and I think they lost in the first round of the NCAA tourney?
Seems like as a group, they only played one year together. Had they had more than one season, who knows what would have happened.
Dale gets shite on a lot, but in the decade prior to this team he managed to make multiple final fours and final eights, a sweet 16 and almost every year had us in the tournament.

You guys are so full of excuses it’s comical. Bowl games don’t matter, beat each other week after (FSU over Bama in week 1), etc. stop the excuse making and just win.
Not an excuse, it’s the reality of college football and not limited to any single conference or team.
Player opt-outs are absolutely adversely affecting non-playoff bowl games.

For me, I can’t justify the cost.

What proof do you have? Bowl games and the playoffs just a few months ago showed the SEC was weak top to bottom.
Bowl games have been irrelevant for a few years now. A significant number of players sit them out unless playoff game.
