Please explain to me why people keep saying they are signing contracts..... that is not what they are doing. What the players are agreeing to are MOUs or something. to be compensated based on their Name, Image and Likeness not their sports performance?

they arent contracts because you legally can not sign a contract to play a sport for a University, you can have strongly worded agreements, you might and probably will have pay some money back, but this are not contracts. if some one can show me that a school or a conference can sign Student-Athletes to contracts i will say you are right and im wrong. and even if they are...... Contacts get broken.

y'all keep talking about courts which court? a court in Washington state? or a district Court? and what are they going to say? hey college kid you have to stay at this school and play Football for them even though you arent a employee and cant sign a "pay to play" scheme. you also arent allowed to transfer bc you agreed not to in this NIL deal, even thought that is against the standing body bylaws..... why isn't every Big10 university pulling this lol? you just aren't allowed to transfer?

are yall this out of the loop? not a single player has "signed" a "contract" they are not contracts. they are agreements, at best, with no legal binding language, they players aren't employees. If this kid wants to play some where else he is going to.

this is what i dont get. 10 games from power 4.... if Norte Dame is held to this then do it the Big 10 and the ACC.

the playoffs arent most deserving. its suppose to be the best teams. People keep cracking ND for SOS... please look at all non SEC teams SOR. thats not a point. they play half an ACC schedule. please tell me how the body of work proves why oregon is the 5th team. ND has the same "Quality" win that Oregon has which is USC. bama beat vandy (best win besides uga) Tenn (pretty not good, they arent ranked and dont have a win over bowl team) and Mizz (pretty avegere team that did nothing or note all year mid of the pack sec team) and of course UGA. (which now after the SECCG they have been outscored 49 to 31) bama isnt a top ten team. they have been blown out twice, they cant run the ball and when they play a team who makes 15 move his feet they lose (unless they get bailed out) and you should be penalized for losing your Conference Championship, bc one thats the precedence (auburn 17 uga 23, byu 25, Vir 25, North Texas 25, SMU 24, Ok state 23, Orgeon 23, ETC) no matter what ESPN told you and 2 losing games should hurt you.
