Don’t get your hopes up too much. Entitled athletes and all…

Ah yes, this is the month we are supposed to act like we care about soccer. Very well.
I’m not rooting for them if they wear the ghey pride uniforms. That I will not do.

How are they second World Countries? Also, very, very, very much recommend visiting Australia at least once in your life. If you like outdoors stuff it is fun as shite.

It’s soccer. A game for little kids and poor people. Rules are simple and equipment is cheap. After about 5 years old any male who plays or likes soccer is probably a sissy.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Watching the European mind try to comprehend the SEC experience has been better than the World Cup itself.

Don't give a shyte till the rd of 32. Just like everything they fricked it up letting 16 scrub teams in then to survive the group stage you just need to not suck. WTF Just dumb
Group stage can have a pretty “March Madness” feel to it from time to time. Fun to watch some little Cinderella pop up and beat Argentina in the group stage or some such like happened last time, or watch powerhouses like Belgium fail to advance out of the group.

Went to Auburn last night and watched Argentina v Iceland. I prefer real football but was impressed with the crowd. The fans really like Messi and there were hundreds wearing jerseys or t shits with his name and number.
For those who care, first match Thursday will be on Tubi , South Africa v Mexico.

It’s cool to have the World Cup in our country but I can’t say I’ll watch much unless I’m in a bar…and I damn sure couldn’t give a frick about who wins.

Not anymore, the new format has ruined this tournament.
There will be very few close games in the group stages with all the trash teams allowed in

I will watch but probably have it on in the backgroundTV in the living room(got multiple TVs for Football season, it is insane how cheap they are now) Will only be a few World Cup games I actually want to watch.

How are they second World Countries?
First World= the US and Western European powers, basically "Western Civilization"; NATO
Second World= was Communism; the USSR and those European and Asian countries aligned with it. So, China and North Korea, and also technically Cuba.
Third World= basically everyone else.

Meh, soccer. My son plays in high school and I still can't get into it. Never understood the fascination. I certainly can't watch it on tv. And I abhor when a grown man guys falls on the ground and act like he has been shot by a .308...flailing around in agony when a guy in a man bun touches his shirt.
But, USA I guess.
