Find a bee club in your area and visit. Take a class on bee keeping and consider getting a few hives. You will find enjoyment and frustration but it is a great hobby.

Pay, Play, Get a Trophy mind set that started with tball has been embraced by the NCAA.
When I "coached" tball the mothers were very vocal that we have an end of season party and that I present a trophy to every player. I tried to explain that tball was not a competitive sport and that a trophy should be earned .
At the end of season party every kid was given a trophy as the gang of mothers over ruled me.
