I don’t know much about Schumer. I don’t follow politics as much. I suspect I would disagree with him on quite a bit. But the comments in that X post are very misleading relative to the short video clip within it (ASSuming it’s real).

There’s a reason I decided to stay away from social media platforms like X, FB, Instagram, etc.

For the most part, I try not to use absolutes when describing human behavior.

Democrats are humans, just like Republicans. Humans are flawed.

My statement is no attempt to defend the behavior; no attempt to make it OK. It’s just one of my beliefs.

I am making no argument that anyone else should believe what I believe. No better / no worse.
