Did this NYT writer think that she, her child, and their overall situation and experience alone would change the school?

How special of her.

That stated, she does get credit from me for publicly owning up to her flawed thinking and potentially inflated ego. However, I haven’t read the story she wrote about it, so I could be mistaken.

Not necessarily, but I tend to be skeptical of a lot of what I see on the Internet, and it has almost nothing to do with my political or cultural ideology.
