By the way, Garrett Nussmeier wore number 5 in 2021 and was wearing it when Daniels committed to LSU. He didn’t have any problem letting Daniels wear it. Also, Burrow shared number 9 both seasons he was at LSU.

I think it means they can’t display a copy of his Heisman trophy at LSU and they can’t use Jayden Daniels’ name or his image in any manner related to LSU. Any statues, jerseys, images, or literature referencing Daniels has to be taken down or removed. They can’t use him to promote the LSU brand.

Jayden is being silly about this. He does not own the number, and Burrow won a national title on a team that many LSU FANS CALL THE GREATEST EVER.

JD5 is also requesting LSU to longer recruit players with the last name Daniels.
