Seven linemen are at the line of scrimmage, with two receivers, two linemen in the backfield, and one lineman as quarterback

No, but all you need is 5 down linemen that hold on every play. Ask bama.

I don't know about an offense, but I do know 11 OL on special teams can lead to disaster Go ask Saban.

1 RB with 10 O linemen at the line would be Muschamp's dream offense. He actually beat a favored Georgia one year when at UF by just rushing most plays with backup O linemen in the TE spots

We had Lorenzen at QB and he was pretty good. But he was big as a lineman, not actually a lineman.

No, you have to have skill players to spread the field. Size is great but speed kills.
