The other obvious data point to look at is Wisconsin who they beat 31-7 (Bama won 38-14 with backups in late) while allowing only 167 yards (Bama allowed 208) and putting up 388 (Bama hit 454).
-So in a game where Bama pulled their starters and Mendoza played virtually the whole way Bama looked slightly better

To be fair, we pulled the backups really late in that game. Like with less than six minutes left in the fourth.
Gonna go ahead and get this out of the way now:

Deboer to Utah.

I completely get it that not every recruit pans out but I refuse to believe most of our O line recruits are just not very good.

Hard to believe but it has been a persistent issue since 2021 under two completely different coaching staffs.
Just search #theodyssey on Twitter and it'll pop up.

Can't wait to limp into the Iron Bowl with multiple injuries while Ohio State sleepwalks into the playoffs without a scratch.

frick that pedo looking piece of shite, Greg Stankey.

Good luck. It’s sad to see the current state of film in Louisiana. I got out a few years ago. A few of my buddies are still trying to grind it out but it’s tough.

It's like this all across the US though not as dry as Louisiana has been. This has been my career since graduating college but I'm considering making a move. This past year was terrifying in a way I can't go through again. I had to take a gig in California over the summer because it got so slow in Georgia. Even worked a tier 0 project on the Alabama coast and nobody works those unless you're absolutely desperate. I'm just not sure what other profession I'm qualified for that could match the money I've made in the film industry. Broadcast stations pay shite.

fricking art department with their part time hours

Someone needs to tell the corndogs -- This is what they should be shilling for. Right now, they are working to bankrupt a program with all they are spending.

Exactly. And Kiffin is not going to last five years there. I have a feeling it's going to get really ugly because Lane demonstrated he can't handle personal attacks after a beat reporter called him a "ho". That's Romper Room compared to what LSU fans are going to do when he loses to some shite team like Arkansas which he's notorious for doing.

It’s been about twenty years since I thought about that. Whoever was starting those rumors back then probably has an Auburn or Tennessee podcast today.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was an Auburn fan. They were notorious scumbags during that era.

Brian Kelly.

He won’t be the fish out of water he was at LSU, he’ll be more successful because of the area and schedule, and he can probably be had relatively cheaply.

I would legit :rotflmao: if he went there and won a national title.

This will be the strategy LSU uses to frick Kiffin with in 2029.
I mean, I expected this sooner than later, scandal or no scandal...

Would rail Alcock in that costume

Something about this comment...

Stallone - per Sharon Stone, when they did a shower scene he had to stand on a box.

I worked season 2 of TK and Stallone was surprisingly shorter than me (I'm 6' on the money). Stone must be a giant.

Alabama needs to have the Saudis sponsor us as their college football team.

Ironically, I met two different couples from Saudi Arabia at the LSU game a few weeks ago...

They may be one step ahead of you
JDM is a fricking count anyway. I've worked with this dude on two separate projects and he's the epitome of a Hollywood diva behind the scenes. All around shite human being.
Now do Nick Saban's struggle wins at Michigan State and LSU. LSU includes a loss to UAB, a 1-point OT win over Oregon State, a 4-point win over Troy, a 4 point win over a 2-loss Kentucky, numerous struggle wins over 7-6 Ole Miss squads, etc. We were told "Saban is a mediocre coach propped up by one lucky season." People forget LSU fans wanted him fired the year after he won a national title. His first two seasons at Bama featured struggle wins over Houston, Vandy, Colorado, Tulane, Ole Miss, Kentucky and embarrassing losses to Mississippi State, Louisiana Monroe and Utah.

So again, if Saban struggled to win with this current roster (including the QB that couldn't even move the ball against an AAC scrub), I'd like to hear the list of coaches you think would have taken over and won 76-0 every week. Yes, it's Deboer's responsibility to repair this shite but let's stop acting like the offense hasn't been on a downward spiral since 2021.

Deboer should have brought in a new QB because it was obvious Ty was going to be a headcase based on the South Florida game and the one play he fricked up against OU last year. But we said the same thing about Saban every time Milroe shite the bed in 2023...
