We may not win more games than last year but it should be more entertaining. Very tough schedule but I’m thinking we make a bowl game. 6-6 maybe but the style will attract recruits.

They can start but will need air support. They have no armor or choppers. Once Iran breaks the cease fire, we can mow down Iranian armor, choppers and troops. But they have no choice without air support.

Invasions are costly. Taiwan can hit them very hard as they cross. Plus who is to say what will happen. If China thought they could do it they would have. They aren’t ready. It is not inevitable.

Time for us to get more assets in place. Build the cheap Ukrainian interceptor drones and assess damage, identify new targets. If Iran keeps its word ( big if) then peace. If not we can hammer them before their human shields are in place.

Wrong. UK turned down the 1946 NCAA bid to go to the NIT. Why? It was more prestigious. It was played in Madison Square Garden and had better teams.
The NCAA later banned teams from doing that.
You admit it was more prestigious in the 1940s than the NCAA. So that would seem to indicate it was the premier tournament.
I have no axe to grind and neither does Mike.UK won both tournaments in the referenced time frame.
