Why are you arguing over this? Who cares. I get it if you were still looking for a coach and trying to review who you should hire.

But you have Kelly and will know in 3-4 years if he’s a fit for LSU.

I do agree if LSU continues to recruit at the level they have the past 10 years, he will win.

By what metric? Because it’s certainly not recruiting rankings. His average ranking the past 5 years was 13.6. Which is a down year recruiting for LSU btw.

24/7 2016 talent composite for ND is 9th. They went 4-8.

Smart is only leading in trivial things like winning percentage and rings. If we go by college students killed, then Kelly runs away with this.
