That’s the scary thing about driving. Never know what jackass is on the road with you.

Lawyers in this forum. Can that be brought up a trial? My assumption is that it cannot, but can be brought up during sentencing.

I like to give people chances even when they do seemingly bad shite but this guy needs to go to prison. This proves this was more than just an accident IMO.

Since then, Hughes said, Taylor was cited by Auburn police on Nov. 24 for driving 68 mph in a 45-mph zone on South College Street near the intersection of South Donahue Drive. That incident happened at 7:20 a.m. and “the officer observed the defendant accelerating rapidly,” the prosecutor wrote.

The following day, on Nov. 25, Taylor was cited by Auburn police for speeding and reckless driving. The teen was observed driving 62 mph in a 35-mph zone on Annaleu Drive near Burke Place. He was also seen spinning tires and fishtailing into an oncoming lane of travel. That incident happened at 9:25 a.m. During the traffic stop, Hughes noted, the officer smelled marijuana in the vehicle and found marijuana residue.

The officer told Taylor he smelled marijuana and Taylor told them he had not smoked marijuana since May. Officers found empty cigar packets and “shake,” small pieces of marijuana, on the floorboard. Taylor told officers that he had hit a cat with the vehicle and “it was nasty” and he was trying to get it out from the undercarriage. “Taylor asked if officers wanted to see it, and we declined,’’ an officer wrote.

Bond needs to be revoked and his arse tossed in a youth detention center until trial. He’s proven himself a danger to the community

Put this kid in jail before he kills more people.

I had compassion for him until this latest news. It’s like he has no regard for the law at all. A juvenile detention center is where he should be, send his arse to Mount Meggs now.

If I killed multiple people while driving I probably wouldn’t touch a car for months. This kid is a sociopath who clearly doesn’t give a shite

Exactly. How does he still even have a driver's license?

His parents deserve 99% of the blame. I’ve got one about to turn 16 and his arse won’t be driving for a while if he even gets a speeding ticket.

Someone needs to take this POS off the street. WTF has happened to crime and punishment in our country? I mean, it would make sense if this happened in a liberal state like NY or Cali that coddles criminals. Really hard to understand this happening in Alabama.

Age doesn't matter insofar as this goes. The kid seems incorrigible. Only one way to fix that and that way will be very unpleasant for him. Hard lessons have to be learned the hard way by some people no matter the age.
