Looking for the “he is a 3 star” people. You were very prevalent just a few months ago. Couldn’t stop to tell us all how over-rated he was.

He is overrated. He could win the Heisman this year and he would still be overrated.

I am confused, was there a football game that has happened in the last few months to prove that he is not overrated? Or is this just based of what someone has said after seeing him in some 7 on 7 drills this summer?

He is absolutely overrated. Only reason he is talked about is his last name

I'll also add that the offensive line issues that meant he had little protection and no run game support last year have been addressed, on paper.

He wasn’t ready last season but played pretty well at the end of the year. I would guess he is a top 3-4 QB in the conference this year with a chance to be 3-4 in the country. Potential is there. Aggies and blind and LSU is mad he didn’t end up in BR.

As an OU fan who obviously roots against him...
He is not as good as he is hyped up to be...
But he a lot better than I hoped he would be.
We all hoped he would be a bust... but he isn't.

No LSU fan ever expected a Manning to play at LSU. Now, OM on the other hand had a legitimate expectation of him coming to Oxford, but he told you to F off.

He is overrated. He was deemed a generational talent. He is not.
He can still very much win the Heisman though as if he is above average the hype will take over.

The hype last year was hilarious. He didn’t know how to handle that and spit the bit. But several things have changed.
His OL is vastly improved. That was the biggest issue for him. Confidence in the pocket. His WR corps is improved. Cam Coleman will bail him out when he finds trouble. He is relaxed.
It was all mental with him. Long story short… He will be fine.

Arch is overrated and overhyped. He is not a generational talent. He has been put into a near impossible situation. The stress level he feels must be enormous. The media has used him and his family name to generate clicks and make money.
All that being said, he is much more talented than your average college QB. Possibly even in the top 10. I doubt there is any team in cfb that would not want him on their team and he would be their starter on most teams.
His performance improved significantly last year as the season progressed. For his sake, I hope he does not regress this year. He needs to pick up where he left off last year.
The kid is under a lot of pressure.
All that being said, he is much more talented than your average college QB. Possibly even in the top 10. I doubt there is any team in cfb that would not want him on their team and he would be their starter on most teams.
