How long before I can start getting a fake one? I have not gotten a real inspection sticker since 2015(other than when a new vehicle came with one), and never once had an issue with the popo.

At least dog people don't feed/water stray cats attracting an entire heard of those unwatned animals.
I use to live next door, and across the street from people that kept cat food and water out in their carport to feed the 10-15 stray cats that they collected over the years.. We were able to trap a few of them and relocated them to the woods way out of town.
Doesn't a leash law include cats? Should be illegal to keep stray cats around that other neighbors don't want to deal with. Like cat prints on my truck and cat shite in my yard.

Simple.. I prefer my pets to shite and piss outside. Don't come at me with "oh my cat shits and pisses outside".. Most cat owners i know have litter boxes inside their house.
Only way I would have a cat as a pet is if it were a barn/shop cat to keep mice and rodents down.
