Our track and field / cross country is an embarrassment. Especially when you consider how much talent is in the state. I have no doubt CDC will make a change there soon.

Congrats ags, on this Lone Star cup. This is actually the first time I have heard of it but if it's a thing, I want to win it.
I like that guy....helped me win my fantasy football league this year.

I don't believe the ags are 9th. Especially if they are donating to pay off Jimbo's contract.
Meanwhile, he goes back to his $10 million / year salary in Austin, TX.
I definitely wouldn't kick the middle one out of bed.....

#1 preseason. Huge NIL. Unlimited resources. - Still can’t beat Georgia. - Lost to bottom dweller Florida. - OT win versus bottom dweller State. - OT win versus bottom dweller Kentucky. - Missed playoffs. - Cried about missing playoffs.

I think you left out whipping the “undefeated” ags and knocking them from the SEC championship
Congrats Vols....taking it to us in baseball and rowing this weekend.

It will be honor to take the field with such a classy and respected baseball program as Texas. Really glad y'all are in the SEC.

If we can hold on to this game, then, despite getting killed in game one, we were two inches on that hacopian liner down the third base line with two outs in the bottom of the ninth from having won the series.

It's called a game of inches for a reason. Over the course of a season, some will go your way, and some will not. In Miss St game yesterday, there was a 2 out 2 strike pop up behind the plate that missed staying fair by inches (after walking bases loaded). Next pitch - base hit run scores. Next batter - grand slam. Game over.

Oklahoma and Texas didn't join the SEC, the SEC joined Oklahoma and Texas.

OU is the SEC flagship women's sports school

That would be the TX Women….but carry on.
LSU baseball, and Jay Johnson have some street cred. They can have a bad year or two.

I’m predicting a Longhorn sweep.

You are not Oklahoma…no way we sweep. Hoping to win 2.

Little brother in-state schools tend to play over their heads against us. Way to keep fighting

And Ole Sarge knows all about that.

I know you tuned in to see TX get beat by Sam Houston. Too bad you had to see 3 runs and a walk off TX dub in the 9th. Go to bed.

Not watching your game, but you have to get some guys time in midweek games. Tournament baseball demands it.

And let's also be clear that these teams can play. Texas State, Sam, Tarleton, etc. Sure, should win those but they aren't gimmies.

Except that a couple of weekend guys have been on the bump this eve at different times. One got touched for a 3 run bomb.

Horns down 9-4 in 5th to Sam Houston St. Seems like we are continuing the Tuesday trend of bad pitching.

I'll, give you the attention you want and say Texas, but deep down you know y'all will piss it away

Maybe on paper but we have a lot of questions marks. Need a Safety, LB, Edge(on 1 side), CB, punter, Fg kicker and a couple new OL to step up. They got some talented guys to fill and if they come thru, we should be tough. But that’s a lot of positions.

Not sure why people quote Vegas over/unders like it’s gospel. It shows you don’t understand how lines are determined. 7.5 means nothing. It means there is a significant population (morons) that are betting OU doesn’t hit.

Then I’m assuming you are betting big on the over?

Oklahomas defense is going to be nasty. Even better than last year. Big upgrades at WR, TE, and RB I can see it. That early OU is Georgia game in Athens should be epic.

Maybe that defense can score a TD for you in Red River.
