The defensive regression was very odd. Did you guys ever figure out what caused that?

5 starters opting out on defense didn't help for this game.

Michigan is down 3 starters

Texas has no chance

With the SEC being over-rated and all that. Just getting this started now.
How many opt-outs for each team? Hard to predict these bowls nowadays with the missing players.
The late Joe Jamail running that deposition. Texas ex legend, and one rich mfing lawyer.

Except for the fans of teams still in playoffs, Ole Miss is America’s team right now.

Are all the ags still high on Elko? What a shite coaching performance today.

Horns down when you are not playing Texas.

C’mon Ags. Spread the word, save Horns down for Texas.

Don't leave out the sooners....almost every time the camera panned the crowd you saw it.

reeks of alumni and big money donors screaming about OU and A&M in the playoffs. Sark you need to make some changes kind of move

Uh... if anything, the donors are mad about not being in the playoff. Has nothing to do with aggie and ou getting in, since we smoked you both.

I can appreciate that there are opt outs and a disgruntled fan base leading to widespread apathy about this game.

At the same time it would be a slap in the face to lose to a team presumably in disarray as UM must be right now and let's be serious, it will be a long nine months before the orange faithful see their team on the field again.

Doesn't that count for anything?

It counts about as much as your bowl game against Navy did last year.

Looked like he just barely broke the plane before getting popped. Not sure they should be overruling the guy staring at it down the line

Disagree. He slowed down and turned his back, right before the goal line. The ball never crossed it, and he went straight down with ball short of the line.

Sherone Moore to Ole Miss?

Maybe? Are they not 2nd Chance U? And everyone deserves a second chance.
None of TX portal entries so far are going to move the needle for any team. Not one would start next year for the Horns.

D. Williams was terrible when he got in this year. Having to play him against Vandy in the 2nd half was one of the big reasons they scored 62 points in the last 5 minutes. He was not anywhere close to the quality of Taaffe and McDonald.
I don't have a dog in the fight but I can say from a neutral perspective, Bama wins that game if they don't get hurt. Injuries are part of the game so it don't mean $hit. Just like McCoy getting hurt.
If Tx had to play this game they would have 4 losses.

No 3 loss team should be in the playoff

There was one last year.

re: Texas and Oklahoma, any regrets?

I don’t know why we keep having to read these stupid posts. You guys act like we were wandering around looking for a conference to join that we knew nothing about and thought we could push everyone around. All Tx fans and I’m sure ou fans knew it was going to be a grind. It is hard and still better than Waco, Manhattan and Ames. Two things can be true at once
