Being in close games also makes every coach's decision extremely important. Winning all three means you pulled the right strings, and it solidifies those calls.

All 3 aggie outfielders easily saved a few runs yesterday with some great plays - kudos to them. The balls needed to be another two or three inches farther away from them.

You would expect this kind of post to come after a sweep...at least, right?

Ags are a good club. They will be hell on wheels for whoever draws them in the regional.

They got 8 wins.

Call it 11 with Misery still on the schedule

Means they need to not get swept by LSU and UGA to get to 13

Although 12 wins is probably enough this year.

If they don't make it, they only have themselves to blame.
Ags are a good club. They will be hell on wheels for whoever draws them in the regional. They played well enough to win all 3 games but TX just made one or two more plays each day.
Volantis strikes him out!
Volantis vs LaViolette with runner on 2nd coming up

I can honestly say that I had no idea TX and ou were playing in softball until I saw this post. That being said, hope we can win the series.
I think they will hit a skid at some point this year and lose a series or 2 - or get swept.
They will be a tough out for someone though.
I think the injury to Spencer will make it tough on them eventually.
Oh, and I almost forgot, we have just had all the tough teams at home so far.
Did he have a chance to make some stupid sounding lib eat their words? I would think there weren’t many around.

Yea I know. But I was talking about Spencer's loss on his record from that game.

Spencer got the loss vs LSU.

Grubbs is probably starting Friday and Riojas on Saturday. Idk who is gonna start with them this weekend.

I don't think Schloss does that. Grubbs is too valuable eating up middle innings so I doubt he goes to a starting role. More likely Harrison and Riojas move up one day and let Sunday go to the new starter. May take a few weeks to see who that will be. If in fact he is out....I am still holding out a glimmer of hope that he just needs a couple of weeks rest.
Record 4-1, ERA 3.27 WHIP 1.22
Leads team in IP at 52.1 and Strikeouts at 61

Texas' Friday starter Jared Spencer out

Not playing this weekend for sure, but even worse....word on the Texas side is that he may be done for the year. He came out of the game early vs Auburn as the staff noticed his fastball dipping to 91. Still getting scans done and no official word on his condition, but this is what is currently being said by some Texas insiders. Would be a huge blow to the Tx pitching staff if true.
Sir, this thread is about Tennessee....Keep TX out of it.
I can't believe they threw trash....bunch of low-life's.
Just checking in to see if Serraneaux came to take his medicine. You know he would have been here to give it if it was the other way around.

This definitely reeks of something aggie would do to Texas.
