Is Holly Rowe not a celebrity in her field of work to you? She is a pretty big name in college sports for whatever reason.
I thought her original butt hurt in the live video was funny. She wasn't taken down a peg; she felt knocked off the ladder.
The AI clip was funny because of its outrageous nature. It is okay to laugh at silly bits. Holly Rowe (except for her ego in the actual event) was not harmed in the production of that AI clip.

I think the comedic value is in the absurdity. It has nothing to do with favoring or promoting violence. It is a response video to an incident that was rather benign IRL. The social media outcry over Sark blowing her off was if he slapped her. The video makes fun of that.

This is a bad look for arch.
Should have said I don’t condone violence especially towards women and I’m glad our coach celebrated with us after his brief interview and left it at that.
Sark should nip this in the bud and say this for him asap, tell him he respects and has a long relationship with holly (which he does) and double down on that video goes too far. End with we are focused on UTSA and leave it at that

No, it is because people act like these media types are entitled to stuff like this. Just call the game. It is like watching a baseball game umpired by Angel Hernandez. Dude acted like I bought a ticket to see him and the umpires. Honestly as a Georgia fan I haven't cared about anything outside the booth since I last heard the phrase "Lorne, whaddaya got?"

Exactly. And regardless, humor comes from absurdity and feeling uncomfortable. Laughter is a release of the tension created by the comedian and the material. Dave Chappelle as black KKK leader Clayton Bigsby is a perfect example. It's hilarious for those very reasons.

I agree it was a joke video and this isn’t a big deal but we live in a culture where optics matter and arch and sark are public figures. The video also doesn’t leave a lot of alternative interpretations as it’s super short and is basically sark backhanding holly r. So basically he’s laughing at that portion, which is not a good look even if it’s a joke.
Not sure how yo devolved to bringing in Ted Bundy and clancy people who murdered innocent people, that’s not at all the same thing

First off. She is doing her job. It literally is her biggest responsibility for her employer who is televising the game.
Second off. It is contractually obligated by the coach.
She isn't the one acting entitled. She is literally putting bread on the table paid for the people who are literally putting the game on TV and paying the coach's salaries.
The $12M head coach is the one acting like an entitled arse.
He could have told her "no interview" before the cameras went live. But instead, he acted like a drunken psychopath with no regards to his obligations to the network or post-game norms.

Honestly, she’d probably to be happy to just call a game instead of chasing coaches down for interviews post-game. But if you don’t like the coaches interviews, that’s a systemic issue. Not a Holly Rowe being entitled issue, as she’s contractually just doing her job.
