I seriously am surprised (even with this site) people are calling the punch a “sucker punch”. He had his head and face hacked down into a mat. At that point a fight started. There is no sucker punch besides the head shove

Happy for that coach. He busted his arse to turn it around. They struggled last year in regionals but got it done this year

How do you think back issues start? :lol: You think it goes from perfectly healthy to extreme pain everytime? Or, you know, there is a period of moderate discomfort than then turns into extreme pain if not take care of?
