The other SEC schools need to be questioning the leadership of Sankey before they worry about LSU. This shite would have been handled with stern words followed by handshakes under Slive. The TV deal we got compared to the B1G is grounds for relief of duty alone.

You basically have Ole Miss operating out of spite and the others operating out of fear. LSU has followed all conference rules and is letting this play out in the courts. As another poster said, either hold the vote now or shut the frick up and let us carry the banner for the conference this season.
ETA: it’s pretty evident Kiffin and LSU are going to be the main characters of the sport this season. The SEC needs to take a step back and consider if they are willing to risk further harm to the relationship between us. Best for all parties to end this foolishness and work together.

I expect Kirk to be against it and Rece and Desmond to argue the other side based on their comments. Saban will say something to the effect of we need better rules about 100 times.
This is the final nail in the coffin for Sankey. If the federal suit doesn’t go their way he won’t even make it to the SEC Championship game. Every time he has had a chance to step up and lead, he has failed miserably. The guy flat out sucks and it’s an indictment on every single member institution that they have tolerated it for this long. Clowned by a hurricane in 2016. Clowned by the B1G when the new TV deals were worked out. Today he got up on the stand and said in front of God and everyone he doesn’t even know what the rules are. Eventually the other member institutions will get tired of the cuck chair.

Sankey showed his incompetence with the Hurricane Matthew fiasco back in 2016. He is completely reactionary. He has ridden Slive’s coattails and rested on Slive’s laurels his entire tenure. I don’t understand how conference members have tolerated his ineptitude for so long. If this is what gets him fired, finally, it was all worth it.

We are getting the head coach, general manager, and entire offensive staff that has fricking Ole Miss at 13-1 and 1 win away from a NCG. This is great for LSU if you can look past the rivalry and online trolling for like two seconds.

Tyrann Mathieu is the best football player I’ve ever seen.
