If you are a good qb, that will last until you are late 30’s. Why throw him into the fire. Develop him and get him ready. He has the maturity just teach him.

He is still a rookie in the league. If Carr plays, he holds the clipboard. Year 2 is when he will make an impact.

Offensive weapons come and go. They are a dime a dozen(basically short lived with zero longevity). Shut down defensive players not so much
