There is a certain segment of twitter that will absolutely blow a gasket over this.

Rothfus is such a piece of shite. Like such a fricking a-hole. Imagine being so ate up with shite and lazy that you can’t finish a trilogy of books in almost 20 years. Not like he’s working on a lot of other things either. He’s just a lazy frick who hates his audience.

I like to think of him as a TEMU Josh Allen.

The local government has delayed every single renovation plan Ryan and Rob have submitted. There's a growing suspicion the politicians in the area don't want them to move up to the Premier League.
Isn’t the population only about 45-50k in the town itself and a little over 100k in the entire county? Maybe the locals don’t want to get too big, too fast in case this little project gets boring for reynolds and co. :dunno:
I could definitely see this getting too big too fast for them. I’m sure at some point having a Hollywood guy and his cameras probably gets old.
Championship is going to be a MASSIVE step up in terms of away fans wanting to travel, quality, etc. Even if they somehow make it up they will be a yo yo club at best and the local politicians may just not be down for that kind of investment and roller coaster ride yet.

To be fair if I was coming up with the prank and was thinking of a gm dumb enough to draft this nepo baby Id probably pick Loomis as well.

Ehh the best way to deal with social media warriors is do nothing for 3 days and they burn themselves out 99% of the time.

It’s going to be a few years more than likely. Nothing has really changed. We’ve greatly improved on paper but so have the other teams.

The rosters may be better, but TB and Falcons have their failed retreads leading the way in Morris & Bowles. Canales & Moore are still the unproven guys that need time to see who they are. But there is a really good shot that the Saints could have the better HC in the division. At least the optimism that he could be the better of the 4 should still be there
I don’t disagree with any of that. I was more responding to us winning the division this year. And right now if I had to bet on what’s more likely to happen I’d say it’s the more talented teams have a better shot at winning THIS year. Even if KM ends up being the better coach.
I do wonder how much Cohen leaving Tampa hurts their offense.

because the majority of the American EPL viewers are City, Chelsea, ManU, Arsenal and Tottenham fans, so pro/rel never really applies for them anyway.

How else would the defensive coordinators son get a number that was created less than 24 hours before the call? It’s not even his phone it was specifically for NFL teams. The DC is in Georgia and the son is in Mississippi in that 24 hour span. The only way he can have it is if his dad or someone in the organization directly gave it to him. You don’t need be sherlock to solve that. They should be punished and the Dc should be suspended a game or two.
How do you know the son is in Mississippi and dad in Georgia?
I have my extreme doubts. The nfl is a notoriously tight lipped business. I’d bet just about anything it was the son getting the info from his technology impaired defensive coordinator of a dad’s files/computer/phone over the dad willingly sharing it and saying go prank SS.

Right. This is basically what we wanted regardless of what Mickey is calling it or telling the press. Very measured moves across the board. Not thinking we’re one FA signing from competing.
Then we get all these what about ___player like were in the later years of the Brees regime.
For us to get right and build a future roster there shouldn’t be much of that. We don’t need an old fat Keenan Allen or overpriced corner. We need a few solid years of drafts (with a lot of picks) and actually BUILDING a roster.
Once we have a new, younger nucleus in place and the old guard/money is out THEN you add the higher end guys that we haven’t drafted.

I thought this was a clever prank at first, but if an NFL organization played any part in this, they should be penalized by losing a 5th round pick in the next draft.

Simulating a scenario where 100 humans fight a single silverback gorilla bare-handed is highly speculative, as such an event is unlikely and unethical in reality.
Easy on the qualifiers grok just get to the fight.

I wouldn’t tie ourselves to anyone long term. Let the young guys sink or swim in major role and go from there.

It’s one of at most five movies in my life that I’ve seen twice in theaters
